That web page happens to be a house control interface but there's nothing really special about the Wii doing the browsing, well nothing special that Nintendo didn't develop themselves.

I have several EXTRA Wiimotes because I knew when my friends ran out and bought a Wii after playing mine that they would need Wiimotes... so I sell them at retail to them so MY FRIENDS can share with THEIR FRIENDS...
I like to perpetuate things... - Cimlite, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I can't see why that's so amazing actually. It's just a web page. That part of it is pretty cool. However it could be run in the PS3 or any other system that has a web browser. The part that I don't get is why the Wii is soo good in particular.
Personally, seeing as he already has XBMC there... I think it would be better to just use that instead. Some Python scripting in XBMC and control the xbox via a remote. Control would be quicker and look better, not to mention that you don't have to wrestle the Wii's browser (or any browser for that matter) to get it done.

It's never been in Nintendo's rule book to make any grabs for the 'adult market' and I don't see them jeopardizing the Wii's current status as a family-friendly product for the sake of selling a few copies of Jenna Jameson's Virtual Sex 43 or something. I'm sure the titles will exist, but I don't expect to Nintendo to give them any official blessing whatsoever.
