- NanoStuff, on 10/12/2007, -2/+14Finally, the digg haters made some sort of 'circle of whining' community. Now they can all leave digg and go cry about it somewhere else.
- gameguy43, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8maybe cus you can buy it.
- unusualbob, on 10/12/2007, -2/+10@javip
really bad metaphor - w0rd, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5You do not talk about mouse club.
- absolin, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6For first-person shooter games the Wii Remote is more realistic, but less precise than a standard mouse. Physically pointing with your hand is slower and less accurate than a standard mouse. The Wii is great, don't get me wrong, but computers continue to rule the FPS genre.
From what the website and video showed about the Soap mouse, it looks great! Freedom from the desktop plus a short learning curve, and all without sacrificing speed and precision! - A5204, on 08/13/2009, -0/+4Alright, I chuckled when the "Ahh, screw it." came up on the glove mouse.
- jackminardi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4i think the coolest is the soap thing. especially because it is easy to make
- OpCzar, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3They forgot to add the hover mouse:
http://www.crazypc.com/other/misc/hovermouse.htm - kazem, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3THe link is worth going to just for the video from Purdue. Death metal, Quake 2, and a motion-sensing glove.
- paulmdx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Digg is going to suck even more, DiggHata, when they protect their trademark and you receive a cease and desist.. :-)
- unusualbob, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3lol good point, and wouldnt the lights on that thing would kill battery life?
- devindotcom, on 10/12/2007, -17/+20Oh no - I really want that wireless mouse that you can move up, down, left, right, toward and away from the computer and it senses its position. Oh wait. I have a wii.
- GTPilot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3the 'soap' should have been named 'jack'
- Scatropolis, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Yeah, that would be the only one I would even consider trying. You can always tell how well a mouse works by running a fps. The glove ran horribly.
- unusualbob, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2i definately am going to make a soap....just as soon as i replay the instructions 20 times.
- tektalk, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2original site for altoids mouse can be found here:

- bergur1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I want to make the LCD mouse now *drools
- tealturtle, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I like the soap, it's mouse and stress ball in one.
- Drewboy64, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Same here. That one was amazing. Just need to learn how to make it.
- strabes, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Me as well. As soon as I get back to school where I have a laptop mouse that I don't use.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Nice one the stone mouse looks real
- chazsmith, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It never ceases to amaze me what you can make with the humble Altoids tin.
- shotgunefx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1One more you can't buy. The Mouse Shifter I made for my carpc.
http://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib/leeland/dshift-installed.jpg - jackminardi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I am jack's mouse
- BurnedKirby, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1(looks at the glove mouse)
So that's how you use Samus' arm cannon... - warriorscot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I Think i might actually try the soap thing, the LCD mouse i saw when the guy made the guide and it was cool but overly expensive for me, although if he marketed it as a pre made product i might have bought one. Laptop mice are so cheap the soap one might work and you need only the most basic tools to construct it, if you screw is up you aren't going to feel to bad at destroying what was before a very good mouse you just get another crappy lappper mouse.
The best inventions are the cheap and useful kind the other stuff is great but is either not cheap or not very useful. - Ninjab3ar, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1@absolin
Yeah, and it looks easy to make (hopefylly). Just get the internals of a bluetooth optical mouse and put it inside a small velvety sack. Actually, it should be a bit harder than that, come to think of it, you might have to reposition the buttons in order to make it more ergonomical to the user.
This mouse would totally rock as a mouse for a media center PC hooked up to a TV in the living room! - n8to, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Has anyone seen anything more regarding the Nokia 6230 mouse? From the guy's own website (http://www.pyrofersprojects.com/nokiamouse.php) he says that he has stopped working on the project because of technical difficulties and "Also there is already software like this for sale."
For sale? Has anyone seen this? I'd love to use my phone as a BT mouse for my notebook. - flamingmb, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2title should say "7 mice that are useless!"
really people, when the ***** would you use an lcd mouse that is covered by your hand? The altoid one probably cost more to make than buying a cheap ass mouse at target.
The 3d mouse, although cool and all, is ***** pointless unless used on one of the computers from "7 computers you can buy!" which you couldnt buy so you cant use the mouse. - dimsum05, on 10/12/2007, -8/+3Are weights included in the Stone Mouse?
Dugg for Altoids... - javip, on 10/12/2007, -12/+4hey u know, if someone dislikes gay people, but goes to gay bars a lot to tell them so, they're probably in denial about being gay themselves..... ;)
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -35/+4this on the front page.. tsk.. tsk.. Digg sucks. http://digghater.com/

What is Digg?
