    As much as it sucks losing my MP3 player this is pretty funny and sad all at the same time. Here's hoping Microsoft comes up with a fix quickly!

    I cracked open the case to reconnect the battery, which actually resulted in the device booting up fine, but after I connected to PC it reset itself and did the same deal... Now reconnecting the battery again doesn't work either.

    EDIT: Also it seems that a lot of Zune sites/forums are having server issues, apparently due to a collective "WTF!?" amongst Zune30 owners.

    Having said that, there really isn't anything wrong with having a Zune. I had one for a short time, the device is actually really well made and easy to use. It was the fact that half of my household devices were iPod compatible that I switched to the Touch. Stop bashing the Zune.
