- AndrewDB, on 01/10/2008, -2/+310Is that an auction or a myspace page?
- Osiriscky3, on 10/12/2007, -4/+255Back in the day ...like 4 years ago... this is how I got my Half-Life Key.
- daRoach, on 10/12/2007, -3/+166I only go to ebay for the music.
- lazka, on 10/12/2007, -6/+166@osiriscky3: when i got a half life copy in 1999 I had no key and so i just tried 1234-1234-1234-1234 and it worked :P
I still play online with it XD - sulf, on 10/12/2007, -32/+165This is an OEM key and will not work with retail Windows XP.
nothing to see here, move along.... - zeenus, on 10/12/2007, -6/+122lol - I still have the keys from the last incident as well.
- kasted, on 10/12/2007, -10/+116I AM SANTA CLAUS!
- implied, on 10/12/2007, -8/+110You're dumb.
- themoose, on 10/12/2007, -2/+90What the ***** is it with people nowadays and music on ebay :@
- triumphdog1, on 10/12/2007, -2/+89yea... and 524 mb of ram O.O
whats that... 2x 256 sticks and a 12 stick? - Turbosc, on 10/12/2007, -11/+92I closed that site 2 seconds into the music. What compels people to add music to an eBay auction. I came here to buy *****, not listen to your music.
- Ssj6Kirby, on 10/12/2007, -7/+76Well, there are some auctions that need music.
Case in point. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Dodge-Neon-SXT-POKEMOBILE-Neon-COVERED-in-Pokemon-cards-MUST-SEE_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ6204QQihZ018QQitemZ280090012383QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWD - S4LEEN, on 10/12/2007, -6/+73PAWN'D!!
- unknamed, on 10/12/2007, -1/+64In response to those saying it's worthless because it's an OEM key... you're wrong. I use a slipstreamed copy of XP Pro on all the reloads I do at our shop... Dells, Gateways, E-Machines... and it works just fine with the "OEM" keys. The most you have to do is call "Steve" in India and tell him that you had to reinstall your OS and "no, it's only installed on this one computer." Every once in awhile they will ask what brand and model of computer it is but that's not a problem in this case.
- raindogmx, on 10/12/2007, -5/+67like windows xp activation keys are super-rare to find secrets incredibly well kept by an undercover elite team from a secret government agency.
...the music, on the other hand, that was a rare excellent find that totally rocks. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -7/+67santa claus "iron man" is jamming.

Sadly I own this CD.

- aeiou, on 10/12/2007, -1/+32Does he realize that by covering his car with POKEMON CARDS he has effectively reduced his car's value to roughly.... $0?
- flashcat7777, on 10/12/2007, -0/+30I think I'll email him and ask for the other product keys (Office Pro and the OEM Win XP Pro) just to "make sure it's not a scam"
- matt646, on 10/12/2007, -22/+52Its an OEM Key... Worthless...
- Rabbethan, on 10/12/2007, -2/+27Wow, finally I found an XP key on the internet. I've tried so hard for months and found nothing! Not that I would ever use it because I, nor any of you fine gentlemen, would do resort to piracy.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+25LOL...whew..the Christmas theme is really funny. At least he could load up his St. Patrick's Day template from the "10000 of the world's greatest ebay themes" CD he bought in 1998 with the book "How to sell on eBay".
- habbofresh, on 10/12/2007, -1/+23@themoose
it's myspace disease. - CraigCarlyle, on 10/12/2007, -2/+21This guy seems to know his computers.
Hell, he could work at Best Buy! - zcreem, on 10/12/2007, -3/+22I would bury this one as LOUD if I had the chance, not suitable for Sunday mornings!
- adfsj, on 10/12/2007, -1/+18dont forget: anyone can use that dell service code too, for new parts. I fell sorry for the guy buying that laptop :(
- dotlizard, on 10/12/2007, -2/+19especially when it's whatever o'clock in the wee hours, and you live with people who don't much like you being up all night on your damn computer again, and that comes *blasting* out of the speakers ...
- Hemingrubbish, on 10/12/2007, -2/+18from the above:
PLEASE NOTE that the car in its current form does NOT look like the pictures. If there is a buyer who meets the reserve, I will fix the spots that the rain ruined and make it look even better than the pictures... I will also put a layer of clear coat on to make it permanent, assuming the buyer meets the reserve.
lmao - antdude, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16Hmm, I see it as GTMBQ-F6HBQ-VR9RX-RTRXH-TYXVG ...
- leoedin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+15How about a "1.395 Mhz PENTIUM M"
That must be one slow laptop...my GBA is faster than that! - retral, on 10/12/2007, -5/+19That spoof (music) is strangely addictive.

No wonder they don't like you. Get headphones or turn the speakers off at night. It's only common courtesy. - phillyjo, on 10/12/2007, -2/+15Havn't seen a ebay page with music on it before.
I hate everyone that puts music on sites like that, since it interrupts your own music and is always crap music. - donsherio, on 10/12/2007, -5/+17AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! MUSIC.... GAWD thats the worst ebay auction ive seen. Im looking at the page, then all of a sudden content comes streaming in like mad making the page scroll, then the music comes in and i cant find the freaking stop button. someone should ding him for copyright infringments too.. im sure those are just google images. this thing should DIE DIE DIE/...n o digg
- djdole, on 10/12/2007, -1/+13Or walk into any local BestBuy/CircuitCity/etc and just read the OEM sticker on the back of their display PCs.
- morel42, on 10/12/2007, -1/+13Bah, Legit XP keys are a dime a dozen nowadays.
- suicycle, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11Yes, that key is indeed useful: you can use an OEM key with a retail disc with a very simple hack.
First, find your setupp.ini file in the i386 directory on your WinXP CD. Open it up, it'll look something like this:
ExtraData=707A667567736F696F697911AE7E05
Pid=55034000
The Pid value is what we're interested in. What's there now looks like a standard default. There are special numbers that determine if it's a retail, oem, or volume license edition. First, we break down that number into two parts. The first five digits determines how the CD will behave, ie is it a retail cd that lets you clean install or upgrade, or an oem cd that only lets you perform a clean install? The last three digits determines what CD key it will accept. You are able to mix and match these values.
For example you could make a WinXP cd that acted like a retail cd, yet accepted OEM keys.
Now, for the actual values. Remember the first and last values are interchangable, but usually you'd keep them as a pair:
Retail = 51882 335
Volume License = 51883 270
OEM = 82503 OEM
So if you wanted a retail CD that took retail keys, the last line of your setupp.ini file would read:
Pid=51882335
And if you wanted a retail CD that took OEM keys, you'd use:
Pid=51882OEM
Obviously... copy the CD contents to your hard drive first, modify the setupp.ini file, then burn it back to a CD - be sure to make it bootable. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11You know he's got to be wondering why he's got 63,948 views and only five bids.
- tomarocco, on 10/12/2007, -17/+28Damn it, I was wondering what happened to my little kitty.
- supafuzz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+11The seller must be like WTF, 32000+ hits and only 5 bids!!
- misterchanesaw, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10@aeiou
not if he has a charizard - tbilltthemonkey, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10Don't we all?
