Video Production in Linux (or lack thereof)

    1) I am a Linux user interested in the possibility of starting a video podcast
    2) It names a lot of software that I will eventually look at.

    Obviously I am no professional video editor, but my hopes are I will settle on something that does not require Windows or Mac, and does the basics very well.

    Please add comments below if you do any video/audio production in Linux, I would very much like to hear your results!
