deoss.org — A director of Lincolnshire-based IT firm Ecomoney Ltd sets up a ten-computer cybercafe on the cheap in a Community Centre using recycled and "skip" machines and Puppy Linux. This project brings reliable modern computing to people that otherwise simply could not afford it.
