Oh, I remember that thing... I was able to comprehend just enough to keep me reading but not enough to know what the heck they were talking about. I think all I got out of it was something along the lines of "Dang, those NSA guys are so much smarter than me."
Its really amazing what the Fedora guys have been able to do with such a complex tool. I've been running with the targeted policy enabled probably since Fedora Core 5 and it gets easier to work with every release. I'm able to actually recommend that people turn it on now with confidence that they will be able to handle the cases where it keeps them from doing something with little trouble.
