Ohio LinuxFest 2008

ohiolinux.org — This year, Ohio LinuxFest meets at the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) from October 10 through October 12. The expo, keynotes and presentations happen October 11. Admission is free to the Ohio LinuxFest expo and presentations. A Supporter Pass is available for $65 to attendees who wish to help offset the costs of the conference.

  • charon79m, on 09/12/2008, -0/+0Last year was fantastic for the topics. THIS IS A FREE CONFERENCE, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT! If you've got the $ or can get work to pay for it (I did), go for the Ohio LinuxFest University package. I went last year for the LPI track and it was worth every dime. The after party is always a blast; though, I skipped out early to watch the Bucks last year... I'm grabbing a room at the Drury this year so I can "experience" the full after party experience without endangering lives on my way home.

    I look forward to seeing you all there!
