Maybe you should realise (not "realize") there are other countries out there, and some use a language called English ... which arose in England ... - lassegs, on 11/15/2008, -1/+1What are you guys talking about? Of course this is stupid, Novell should focus on stealing Microsoft and *Unix customers, because Novell will gain from more Linux saturation in the market. Instead they go for infighting, and will probably loose. No good ;(
- weizbox, on 11/15/2008, -3/+3'In short, it is going to try and cannibalise the tiny GNU/Linux market - try and pull customers using Red Hat and CentOS over to using SUSE Linux Enterprise Server.'
First off... don't these people use spell check? It's cannibalize, not cannibalise.
Second, if trying to gain market share is referred to as 'cannibalizing', than a lot of companies are doing the very same thing.. and it's not a bad thing, its their business. Ubuntu and RedHat do the same thing, but I don't hear him saying the same about them. This guy just is a tad bit biased against Novell, and it leads to a pretty weak article without any real substance.... instead we just get a rant that isn't spell checked. - amfantasy, on 11/15/2008, -4/+4you're stupid, that's how you run a business in the real world. Buried for fail
