  • spannerman2, on 09/18/2008, -0/+0Microsoft prevented Becta from responding to an FOI regarding its infamous MOU (acronyms abound) but it was illegal and could have exploded.

    HM Gov needed mega schools database=interoperabilty required.

    Sum total means renegotiate MS's MOU, new deal; odf is now ok; open standards ok; licence absurdites abolished; Becta backtracks.

    it's a victory, how come it does not feel really good?
