- doolittle, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2it is also great on a fresh build, I always keep a knoppix disk handy and boot of the CD during the bare-bones stage (cpu/mobo/mem/video/dvd) and give it a quick run, maybe even a burn-in using the static-linked prime95.
- ronsii, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I almost always have a copy or two of a live cd around to save time, whether it be pclinuxos or mandriva or a bare rescue cd. It can save countless hours of microsoft reinstalling, rebooting, waiting, reinstalling drivers, rebooting, 10-23^etc......
