They're federal evidence, aka definitely NOT fake.
"he posts them simply because he wants to bash microsoft."
Or maybe he feels the monopolistic hold that Microsoft has on the desktop market was obtained illegally, and is trying to get the facts out. Tomato, toma-to. But the whole term "Competitive Immunity" lends itself DIRECTLY as an Anti-Trust violation. - schestowitz, on 10/12/2007, -5/+6@Mythos:
You are one among _at least_ 4 Digg users, some of whom are Microsoft MVPs, who syndicate such submissions and jump on them like hounds within a short period of time. Whether you expect some reward, I don't know, but Microsoft has paid people to do such things in the past (and present).
Some of the other things you said about me are lies and anyone who reads them should treat them as such. As [ geminitojanus ] points out, the wording in these documents clearly indicates that fair competition rules are being violated. It is one among _dozens_ of exhibits that show /exactly/ the same behaviour, so if it doesn't convince you, then please beg for more. I'll happily provide the same overshelming evidence that led Microsoft to running with its tail between its legs within just 6 weeks. It settled the case, took down the Web site, and even said to the media that it got too scared.
Lukily, all these exhibits were grabbed by Groklaw members. And face it... they are not going away. They will haunt the criminal individuals until everyone is well informed. People deserve to know why Computer Science has died, why the world hates the American industry, and why the middle class is gradually being eliminated. - schestowitz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4@MythOS: I'll make this short. I know we've had our differences, but I sincerely wish you the all the best (the best of health, that is). I am very sorry to hear this and I apologise if my posts -- which from my own perspective are not deceitful -- do not upset you.
Best wishes,

Why? What will he possibly gain from Bashing M$. What motivated self interest is there in some how attacking M$.
There is simply NO ONE interested in paying us to attack M$. People like you make it a quite thankless job.
Most of the time we end up being treated like cooks preaching to the choir.
Honestly, we M$ "bashers" are the best hope for Microsoft. Windows has already gotten too bloated because of lack of completion.
By exposing M$ flaws, we force them to eventually fix them, and in theory, develop a better product and become a better company that is more responsive to us... their customers.
The fact is that is M$ wasn't doing something wrong, we WOULD have better things to do.
You may argue at our interpretation of the fact, but if you want ANY credibility you have to admit that some of M$ business tactics are questionable, and not in their customers best interests.
And once you've gone that far... we really have to wonder what you're motivation is for supporting them so strongly.
Why are you a FAN of a company has questionable business practices?
What do you have to gain by protecting Microsoft? How does you tireless quest to discredit all question to their policies and practices, make M$ a better company?
What are YOU gaining by defending them no matter what they do?
Perhaps you should reflect a little on the meaning of Karma, and think on weather you're really doing your favorite company any good by defending them even when they are wrong. - Ratteler, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1@Mythos
Ya know what I'm going to do. I'm going to offer you an apology.
If you're for real, I guess I have to respect your opinion. I don't agree with you at all.
I say the only way to win in a fight with an unreasonable person is to be the MOST unreasonable. This forces them them to go BACK to reason to get what they want. The trick at that point if for YOU (or me) to also return to reason. We have to make being reasonable the only cost effective way to business.
Microsoft is being unreasonable in my opinion. When THEY return to being reasonable, so will I. Until then... I say leave no stone upon stone in Redmond.
You and I will probably NEVER agree on this... but I can respect your opinion and reasons.
Best of luck. Get well soon.
