It will be important in robotics algorithms for the robot to move its cameras around to new, different angles to get a good look at something that it is trying to identify or understand. One camera would suffice, but the neck is essential.

I'm sick of these descriptions that make it sound like the article is just gonna be another linux fan boy article instead of telling me any actual information, because you know what it runs windows too.
