- turpenine, on 10/10/2007, -18/+138I clicked thinking it would be stupid, and it was.

that design has been around for years. - Darcy, on 10/10/2007, -4/+90A Linux wallpaper that attacks Microsoft, now that's an original concept.
- nusuni, on 10/10/2007, -11/+64EWWW It's Yellow! That'd burn your eyes faster than you can say "OWWWWW"
- JasonCox, on 10/10/2007, -3/+55"Open source strikes back"
You're thinking of Star Wars. - DjOverEZ, on 10/10/2007, -4/+45I clicked thinking it was going to be awesome, but that was surprisingly stupid.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -6/+38You have a small penis, don't you.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -4/+31Wait, are you serious? This is on the front pagage of Digg? This joke and wallpaper has been around ever since the first Kill Bill movie came out, and this isn't even the best version of the wallpaper.
- bloodqc, on 10/10/2007, -2/+27Is that a Katana or a butter knife? Katanas are curved.
- JamesWilson, on 10/10/2007, -1/+21System*
- MagicCake, on 10/10/2007, -8/+27HA HA I GET IT! IT'S FUNNY 'CAUSE IT'S COOL TO HATE MICROSOFT!!!!1! WAIT SORRY I MEAN MICRO$OFT LOLZ!
- creep303, on 10/10/2007, -7/+22This is like 5 years old. Still cute and kitschy though.
- nackerson, on 10/10/2007, -1/+15correction: The inspiration
The Kill Bill Movies http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0266697/ - Loki00000, on 10/10/2007, -3/+15shirts been around for a while too, not sure which was first...
http://www.splitreason.com/productdetail.php?id=99 - MavRevMatt, on 10/10/2007, -2/+14Knew I should not have posted that comment on Digg. Excellent retort, dugg.
- Protoss, on 10/10/2007, -3/+14I own that shirt, and was actually told not to wear it to school anymore...Apparently my school loves Bill a lot.
- rootstyle, on 10/10/2007, -2/+13I don't know what to tell ya. The 16 year olds on Digg apparently find this 'surprisingly awesome'.
- EntangledPhysx, on 10/10/2007, -2/+13"this is like" 5 years old. Its a quick estimate, asshat.
- killthemoles, on 10/10/2007, -1/+11Chicks dig penguins, what can you say, Torvald's a pimp.
- RockinRoel, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10What kind of screen do you have? And what kind of anti-yellow taste do you have?
I think that this is a good colour choice in its context. Every colour can look good when it's being used right. - MavRevMatt, on 10/10/2007, -1/+11You need to get out more.
- pu-z, on 10/10/2007, -2/+11I have that t-shirt. For some reason, the chicks dig it, even without understanding the context.
- justinjacobs, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7How else do you expect to spread butter on the toast that was made in your Linux-power toaster?
- Darcy, on 10/10/2007, -1/+8Is that the winner of the ugliest desktop award?
- digitarius, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6I've seen this at SplitReason.com and other places... conflicted on whether or not to bury it or not. Sure, it was posted back in April but I'm certain SR has had it longer. And it seems pretty rip-off-ish. I find it very difficult to image that two artists had some sort of artistic evolutionary coincidence on this one, given it's unique nature and the oh so many similarities. Buried as lame.
- marx2k, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Thats what she said
- johnn11238, on 10/10/2007, -2/+6Please kill yourself.
- matude, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4Depends on a katana, there are sub-types like zatoichi and straight katanas etc.
- leexy, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3I'd like it better if it said 'We need no Windows nor Gates".
Dugg anyhow. - alexbu, on 10/10/2007, -3/+6Slax KillBill http://www.slax.org/screenshot.php?url=/ss/download/killbill.png&info=screenshot%20of%20SLAX%20KillBill%20Edition%205.1.8.1
- pukiman, on 10/10/2007, -4/+7I buried you twice, because I can.
- cl0n3x, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3Everything was on digg last month
- WaterDragon, on 10/10/2007, -2/+4While we are discussing swords....
Q: Do you know why an American Samurai set has only the small sword?

A: Because Americans only know dishonor!
;-) - tommasz, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Dumb, ugly and yellow is no way to go through life.
- shinynew, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3I clicked it thinking I would have seen it at least twenty times before, and I had.
- peterkay, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Here's one thing I just don't get about Digg... why the ***** does something like this get so many diggs, and yet all the comments say they hate it... surely just don't ***** press the digg it button!
- Shenanigans, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3An excellent example of sarcasm without the unoriginal /sarcasm tag. Take notes people, if your comment isn't blatantly sarcastic with no need to tell your audience you're being sarcastic, consider rephrasing your comment.
- ChromaVita, on 10/10/2007, -7/+9Happy Birthday.
- mtappenden, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Kill Bill? How lame! You can say Kill Microsoft all you want, but Kill Bill? As far as I can tell, this guy has been a pretty fantastic success and clearly bent over backwards to do it. So you don't like the resuting company? You just wish you could be successful...
I'm no Microsoft fanboy by the way. I use a Mac, I prefer it and I believe MacOS is far superior to Windows. But I'm not going to promote the murder of a successful man (or an unsuccessful one, for that matter). - richardshelly, on 10/10/2007, -6/+8weaker than piss
- fragsta, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1This seems really quite... extreme?
- retawd, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2This is based onthe KillBill edition of Slax, which is a live flash drive compatible version of... Slackware Linux
- matador3, on 10/10/2007, -2/+3Don't let the internet hit you on the way out.
- ZephyrNinety, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1This wallpaper is older than Kill Bill.
- n1pz, on 10/10/2007, -4/+5Man I know I'm going down for this, but linux needs a better mascot than that cutsie "tux" penguin.
Like something cool and sleek rather than something that sits next to your little sisters pillow. - Ignignokt01, on 10/10/2007, -2/+3Well, it IS kind of offensive, in general.
I mean, how would apple fans react to a shirt that said 'Kill Steve', even though it wouldn't make sense as a pun. Wearing a shirt that says 'Kill NAME' and that name is of a real person is not exactly the smartest thing to do at school or anywhere really. - SiL3ncer, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2This picture made my day. Simply genius.
- shinynew, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1are you saying clicked on the picture? because you have some psychic powers or something.
Also I am sorry for replying to a comment when i had something on topic to say, even if it was dumb and probably not that funny, even if it was that far down. - grendel20, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Even just the humanitarian efforts Bill Gates has been involved with are more important than that puny little operating system.
- Aryding, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I wanted to change my desktop background for awhile, this was a great choice.
Note: I made it my XP background :P and will be on Ubuntu.... Time to reboot. -
