- GnuTzu, on 10/12/2007, -2/+20Except that Linux won't ROT13 your teeth.
- woxidu, on 10/12/2007, -0/+16I'd only eat it if the recipe were GPL'd
- profOblivion, on 10/12/2007, -0/+12"fortified with 256 bit security"
Well *****, do I get to eat it or not?? - idonthack, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10That's no problem if you enable the multiverse repositories. It will get the codecs to break down all the proprietary milks, and you'll have better milk support than most cereals. It's slightly illegal though.
- michaelward82, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8A *nix based cereal should surely be called cronflakes.

- Kericr, on 10/12/2007, -3/+9The only problem is that it doesn't taste good with most kinds of milk, you have to use special linux charms flavored milk, otherwise it causes digestive problems like explosive diarreha.
- drizek, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Well at least you dont have to call Kelloggs and activate it every time you want to eat it in a different bowl...
- jlawson1, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6they're magically del.icio.us!!
- crashflow, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4sure, right after you enter the 20 character alphanumeric password.
- tech42er, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Yeah, "they're always after me open source secrets"? How do you have secrets in Open Source?
- NeO1seo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5You've gotta love the open source goodness!
- aardwolf, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Cool but still has nothing on Hax0rFlakes

So, if you're in an area where it is legal , by all means use the codecs. You don't want explosive diarreha, so you need to enable milk support.
- Alaerus, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4They're magically delicious!
- MonkeyFit, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5I would buy that in a second if it existed.
- zagi1, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3And it also comes with a free CD of your favourite distro. :-)
- Hellmark, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Aww, when I first saw the title, I thought it was real. When I read the article it was obvious it was though. Still got my hopes up.
- sigmaman2, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Child #1: "Hey, Windows user! Want some Linux Puffs? They come in LiveCDs!"
Child #2: "And, they're copyright-free!"
Small child: "No more Windows viruses....!"
Windows user: "AAAWK!! I'm Loopy for LinuxPuffs! Loopy for LinuxPuffs!" - chaos386, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I hope they have anacronflakes, for those of us who are asleep when the breakfast job is supposed to be running.
- fyre2012, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Since when does Open Source have 'secrets' ??
- DaveRocks, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Ahahahaha, i go to school and in north philly, and this reminds me of all the parody shirts i see the gangsters wearing, like chronic the hedgehog, or "if you see the police warna brother" as if it was the WB logo.
- GhostCow, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Yeah, "they're always after me open source secrets"? How do you have secrets in Open Source?
Because there's no documentation! - brianmark, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1After as in time. The secrets are in plain view, but we all know Redmond is far behind the community.
- inturnaround, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2They're magically pretentious!
- johnstar, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1man I would so buy those if they existed!
- macknowledge, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Funny stuff... it looks pretty real! Where can I get this open source cereal? :)
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Flippin hilarious!. more like Flippin Lame. But happy holidaze anyway.
- cogsprocket, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0You can eat them, but they require a client-side certificate, a 64 character encryption key and a password of at least 8 characters containing one uppercase, one lowercase a number and a special character.
- wrmineo, on 10/12/2007, -5/+2Catchy title and good twist; excellent. Kudos!
- HawkW, on 10/12/2007, -4/+0That's kinda screwed up, but I like it. On another note, what happens if I put the cereal in my CD-RW drive?
- davidlwdn, on 10/12/2007, -6/+0@schestowitz
