- wazoo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1check out www.linksysinfo.org for all sorts of firmware versions. i use a version of openwrt on any access point i install.
- funderbolt, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I've been in a cave, but I have my WRT54G with OpenWrt. I moded the Linksys box so I could put a directional parabolic dish. It amplifies the signal for my solar/fire powered laptop. Usually, no fire is needed because the laptop heats the cave quite nicely.
I've been living in a cave and I know about OpenWRT! - BadMan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Yes I go spelunking every now and then.;)
- kodek, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Social bookmarking, people.
- stryker2you, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0yes me live in cave....what is internet? just kidding, actually I've been doing a lot of research on using a different firmware but I have yet to find one I really like. also www.linksysinfo.org is not working. I can bring up a cached copy of the site from google but they must be down.
- BadMan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0To the best of my knowledge there has not been any postings about OpenWrt. There are lots of other projects, but not OpenWrt.
- GridX, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I missed some of the posts here on Digg, I only come to the home page, so if anything is a re-post of a link that I missed, then good, as long as it isn't junk like some of the links here. OpenWRT rox, been using it for a while now. Old news, its hard to post something here that has not been already posted. I will bet anything that there are some guys here that search the Internet for cool links to post here for some sort of recognition.
- BadMan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I could care less about recognition... I use digg as a source for my blog, and when I come across something that is new (new to me), or something that I am currently playing with, that I don't see on Digg... I post it. Digg is my personal bookmarking tool.
- Andir, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Yes, this is old. It probably doesn't merit being on Digg if not for the simple fact that Digg is not a place to collect all the internet knows about technology. I see it as more of a breaking news site. Like this article, everyone is looking for the technology that isn't here, not groundbreaking. I'm waiting for the article on the amazing technology called the Television ("It's amazing, they can send moving pictures straight to your home!")
Why does everyone think they have to at least post one thing a day? nyquil got it right, "there are more important things than getting a higher rank then someone else." Just because it's not on Digg, doesn't mean it has to be. - pinc, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Have you been in a friggin cave?
- NyQuil, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0digg users really need to stop rehashing old links.. there are more important things than getting a higher rank then someone else.

What is Digg?
