- atorch, on 05/12/2008, -0/+3I haven't packaged it, but it's fairly easy to set up.
First, make an exact negative of the default background image (/usr/share/backgrounds/warty-final-ubuntu.png), which can be done using Colors > Invert, in GIMP.
For the panels, go to Properties > Background, set the color to a pure white (#FFFFFF) and drag the transparency slider towards the middle.
(Almost) everything else is done in System > Preferences > Appearance... the light blue I'm using is #589ADB, icons are Mist and window borders are Human.
The only annoying bit was changing the compiz shadow color to the same blue (#589ADB) as above, in System > Preferences > Adv Desktop Effects Settings > Window Decoration > Shadow Color. For some reason it kept reverting to the default pinkish-brownish-orangy color, but the intertubes very kindly provided me with a solution: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=772408 .
