We just take offense, and a great offense at that, to Microsoft dictating what we do and the direction of the industry. We hate with a passion how they destroyed the software market, how they destroyed innovation, how they killed companies and the industries that would have resulted from them. It will take our nation, the world, and much more, 20-40 years to recover from it.
With a passion we know how bad Microsoft has been on the markets. We know that if they had not done this that in all likelihood we would have seen more industry, more wealth spread to a greater number of people which would have resulted in more jobs and thus even more wealth for more people.
We know that Microsoft killed businesses, killed innovation, and created bloat the likes of which will be difficult to overcome.

There is a difference between hating something and having very strong opinions against something. I don't "hate" Apple, Microsoft, Sony etc I just disagree with their ideals and don't have a great liking for their products. :P

- macoafi, on 11/26/2007, -0/+2My laptop's 1280x800. 1280x1024 is what's on my mom's computer, and I think I'd like to set it back to 1024x768 (I think she'd like it too, since her eyes are starting to go). High resolutions don't mean anything other than you have really damn good eyes if you can read anything on them.
