- deinem, on 11/06/2008, -0/+11Hey, you keep your motions to yourself.
- PeterPTB, on 11/06/2008, -2/+12There's some good advice in this article. I like the tip to say the word "soft" in my mind and picture things that are soft to relax my muscles. Hadn't heard that one before.
- inactive, on 11/06/2008, -0/+10Yeah, it is a bit awkward to do in the office though
- SeamusAnthony, on 11/06/2008, -1/+10Some really good advice about how and why you should get off the "stress express" at the next station.
- XenoSNK, on 11/06/2008, -0/+9The very first thing I thought of.
- username7410, on 11/06/2008, -0/+8Be sure to be relaxed, breathing properly and focused on nothing.
- ngmcs8203, on 11/06/2008, -0/+8Cerial = that creepy guy in everyone's office (Creed, is that you?).

- Antz0rz, on 11/06/2008, -2/+9But flipping out at someone is the best stress relief.
- Philosomatika, on 11/06/2008, -0/+6I second that motion
- Ophix, on 11/06/2008, -2/+8We all get stressed. So we all need to learn stress management skills. This is a good article for doing just that.
- gopher043, on 11/06/2008, -0/+6or at least focus on that hot chick you saw at the mall.
- bntphoretwunny, on 11/06/2008, -0/+6agreed. its the best thing ive found to stop a potential stress meltdown in it's tracks.
- RealmDown, on 11/06/2008, -0/+6Get comfortable, close your eyes, and take three deep breaths. Concentrate on breathing out the worries of the day.
Now picture yourself near a stream. Birds are softly chirping in the cool mountain air.
You're alone, and no one but you knows your secret place. You are in total seclusion
from the hectic place called, "the world." The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills
the air with a cascade of serenity and the water is crystal clear.
You can easily make out the face of the person you're holding underwater.
Oh, it's the person that caused you all that stress in the first place.
Now let them up, just for a quick breath, then PLOOP back down they go.
There now. Feeling better ? - Adamlite, on 11/06/2008, -0/+5It would be relaxing if you were addicted to nicotine.
- Cideu, on 11/06/2008, -0/+5That's good, butt-sex is better.
- oda1, on 11/06/2008, -0/+4It might be weird, and I'm confessing this here and only here; To calm myself down, I spit.

- FishHammer, on 11/06/2008, -0/+3If I was you I wouldn't be admitting you're a pilot smoking weed before flying. Internet detectives are everywhere.
- inactive, on 11/06/2008, -3/+6How about trying some natural drugs to help me cope with stress. I'm a fighter pilot and smoking some pot before taking off is always good. It turns on my battlemode.
- FishHammer, on 11/06/2008, -0/+3nicotine's a stimulant, broseph. i always get a nice jittery buzz after i smoke and i don't see how people use them to relax.
- xerox, on 11/06/2008, -0/+2For advanced users only: try replacing "soft" with "super soft" oh my!
- KingGorilla, on 11/06/2008, -0/+2After you
- FishHammer, on 11/06/2008, -0/+2yeah its great stress relief, only when i smoke i'm so "relieved" i can sit there and stare at nothing and get lost in my own happy place and tune out everything around me. essentially making me useless to the world outside my head.
- TomGfromCanada, on 11/06/2008, -0/+2WEED!!! try it.
- Istrancis, on 11/06/2008, -0/+2The article seems a little short for an "Ultimate" guide to stress relief. Still offers some very good advice though. Dugg!
- inactive, on 11/06/2008, -0/+2Nah, just the occasional drop-a-bomb-there mission and the eventual debriefing which let's me know that the Intel was partially innacurate and as a result of the flawed Intel I launched a missile on a wedding ceremony killing 40+ people which of course was not the intended target of the missile but nonetheless I kinda feel like a murderer... which stresses me out a little but It's all good... pot makes me happy.
- PecanHead, on 11/06/2008, -0/+2Are you asking for a hand? It's not really masturbation if we help, now is it?

- projectI, on 11/06/2008, -0/+2weed > running

- FreddieD, on 11/06/2008, -1/+3Here's one tip: Stop stressing about elections. Figure out who you like, decide you are going to vote for them, then LET IT GO. My god, this last election had to have taken a few years off of my life.
- inactive, on 11/06/2008, -0/+2Who would believe a digger is actually a fighter pilot... my cover is unbreakable.

- Earthboundkc, on 11/06/2008, -0/+2I have seriously tried these methods time and time again and they just don't work for me. In fact, I think I get more stressed out trying to do these exercises sometimes. Anybody else in this boat?
