- RockMyMonkey, on 10/12/2007, -10/+11Mountain Dew is better then right? :D
- IvanB, on 10/12/2007, -30/+5Rumors say it's too acid and kills your sperm.
- sockpuppets, on 10/12/2007, -1/+74So according to this baseline everyone's a shotgun murderer to begin with.
- Tenlow, on 10/12/2007, -9/+4But then again that's why they're called rumors and not facts.
- merreborn, on 10/12/2007, -3/+21"Rumors say it's too acid and kills your sperm."
And they're just that. Rumors.
http://www.snopes.com/medical/potables/mountaindew.asp - gregharmon, on 10/12/2007, -8/+94Mountain Dew and milk are for babies. Tea and wine are for women. Coffee and beer are for men.
Personally, I drink gasoline with some testosterone mixed in for good measure. - daeyeth, on 10/12/2007, -18/+11is this really that digg worthy? I mean, it's amusing but seems more suitable for a 5minute blog post
- unloud, on 10/12/2007, -16/+3Well, I drink sweat straight from the back of Chuck Norris. How do ya feel now, pansy-man?
- jaxxon, on 10/12/2007, -8/+7Yerba mate! :-)
- SelfAbortion, on 10/12/2007, -2/+42"Well, I drink sweat straight from the back of Chuck Norris. How do ya feel now, pansy-man?"
Chuck Norris doesn't sweat, he lathers himself in the tears of his fallen nemeses. - raindogmx, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9It is a bit exagerated: I never get to the "excellent work habits" high point.
- ragipy, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1"Personally, I drink gasoline with some testosterone mixed in for good measure." I though you were supposed to produce testesterone from coffee and beer by yourself, not take it from outside.
- raindogmx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Yeah, Mate is a great drink and stimulant plus the "bombilla" and "matera" method to drink it is very exotic and cool. I've found that it's effects are harder than coffee's.

"So according to this baseline everyone's a shotgun murderer to begin with."
Aren't you?
- IvanB, on 10/12/2007, -7/+17A mirror:
http://img459.imageshack.us/img459/936/caffeinegrapheo4.jpg- Tenlow, on 10/12/2007, -10/+13Why mirror it if the site is still up and running?
- IvanB, on 10/12/2007, -6/+28Because then we will not have 10 whinnying babies crying for mirrors.
- wulfflower, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7It's a university site. I doubt the page will die.
- yaliemc99, on 10/12/2007, -9/+3Funny, funny, funny! Where did you find this? Awesome!
- IvanB, on 10/12/2007, -8/+1It is awesome, I didn't want to give it out in the description. :o
- atlacatl, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Kudos to you for being so funny and sarcastic...Bravo sir...Too bad you were dugg down to negativity...However, if you are being serious, double dugg for you...Shame on you...This shouldn't have ever being made...Let alone be posted anywhere on the interwebs...
- Lupich, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14Yep, almost time for that triple shotgun murder... *checks watch*
- syuusuke, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10I can't imagine what "Cocaine" energy drink graph would look like. The crash from that is probably sinking into the depths of hell.
- ragipy, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1It probably doesn't have an upside, crash the moment you drink it.
- danmanx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3The biggest joy in my life is the fact my local Dunkin' Donuts now takes credits cards.
- sephiroth965, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3My local Dunkin Donuts stopped selling Dunkaccinos!! I'm outraged!
- traesteele, on 10/12/2007, -6/+0Yeah, you know what kills my sex drive...http://youtube.com/watch?v=KJcU0_cYMSY
Exactly - Lumiras, on 10/12/2007, -6/+5Look, a stale joke!
Thanks for letting me give the old "OK, this is lame" selection a workout again! - Datasta, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1haha. Triple shotgun murder.
- gonzoradio, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2Whatever, Lumiras, you bitter byotch. It's going up on my office wall tomorrow. Love it!! :)
- d38as3r, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1so it will bering me, at least temporarily out of shotgun murder state? AWESOME!!!!! rofl
- danfuturo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3dugg for downright accuracy!
- adt41287, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0its all worth it
- dennis400, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2What happens with the noon cup of coffee? Will I SPEAK to god?
- Peach, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I think you just see him at Starbucks.
- jollyroger814, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1That seems just about right. Dugg it.
- ldavid, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2funny how it's morning here in Australia and I have a fresh cup of coffee next to me...looks like it's going to be another interesting day :D
- jmontes, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5It's about time we had a scientific graph showing how caffeine is just another gateway drug. Beware, Coke. You're next!!
- Loco, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0This is why I am quitting...I think it would be funnier if it wasn't so true.
- bort901, on 10/12/2007, -0/+155th cup? Thats nothing.
At the 100th cup, time slows down and you rescue people from a burning building. - Pedlya, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Yes that must reflect every single person on earth. Wait no because I have no "coming down" from caffeine.
- morningchai, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Wow. That was pointless.
- jfox95, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Or just avoid caffeine as much as possible and stay normal all day.
And if you drink coffee for "energy" - eat right and get more sleep - works like a charm. Throw in a multivitamin while you are at it. - ramaz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2A bumper sticker I came across awhile back, that completely cracked me up:
"The first cup of coffee recapitulates phylogeny."
:)
(search for "define:ontogeny and phylogeny" in Google) - funkspiel, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Another caffeine related death.
- kakifry, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2you're all a bunch of drug addicts
- DamnMan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1see this is why i drink coffee all day so that by the time i get to the triple gunshot murder stage im safely in bed and asleep...
- tdskate, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Wow, is that what they teach you at New York University... ?
- urielis, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Wrong place - bury please. :)
- towlesjm, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0So.... what? You drew a cute little graph and put it up on Digg?
Please. Let's see something with a little more effort put into it, and something that is worth my time. - mikesol, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I doubt many of your mouthbreathers will bother to see who's web site this is on, but it's Siva Vaidhynathans's SIVACRACY.NET (http://www.nyu.edu/classes/siva/) which is a great blog to keep up on. This is a very informed guy who's against DRM and intellectual property; his book The Anarchist In The Library is a great, eye-opening read.
I'm sure this was just a joke thrown into the beginning of a lecture, or something like that. - balibones, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1"The first cup of coffee recapitulates phylogeny.". I don't get it. The first cup of coffee reproduces the structure of the evolutionary tree?
- ramaz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1"Ontogeny recapitulates phylogeny."
It's the idea that an embryo passes through stages that resemble earlier life forms (amphibian, reptile, etc.) during human development. Only true in a vague sort of way, as scientists later figured out.
So for me, anyway, the bumper sticker evoked the hilarious image of a person passing though all of those stages in the process of waking up in the morning, facilitated by that first cup.
- ramaz, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1"Ontogeny recapitulates phylogeny."
- stengod, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Caffeine is *****! It does not insert me!
