Theres dumbasses that take them without the proper care and cycling,and when they screw their bodies, they blame it on the steroids. Just like ephedra,which is a SAFE thermogenic fat burner. It was banned because some idiots took too much and it killed them.
Also the shrinking of the testicles is temporary because your body is getting enough testosterone that your testicles take a break and don't have to produce any. Acne is a side effect not directly of steroids,but of increased testosterone.
