  • 4321234, on 08/21/2008, -0/+1Well, the version I heard was that Chiropractors refused to pay dues to the American Medical Association, which is basically a medical mafia, so a campaign was began to discredit them. Doctors could lose their license for referring a patient to a chiropractor.
    Google " chiropractors AMA dues".
