2,000 Pounds of Beef Recalled for E. Coli Contamination
usrecallnews.com — October 17, 2008 Vermont Livestock, Slaughter and Processing Co., LLC, a Ferrisburg, Vt., firm, is recalling approximately 2,758 pounds of ground beef products because they may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced today.
