- roastedbagel, on 10/12/2007, -4/+43I've seen MANY different USB mods, but never anything as cool as this. Big Digg to this!
- Alegis, on 10/12/2007, -2/+31Oh man, this is hilarious. There should be a shining LED coming out of his ass when you plug him in.
- griz, on 10/12/2007, -2/+28It's what you do to the bear to get his head to pop off.
- WackyComputer, on 10/12/2007, -3/+25Here's a direct link to the photos.

- m4dh4x0r, on 10/12/2007, -5/+24What's a Teddy Beat? Sounds dangerous
- noahhoward, on 10/12/2007, -3/+16You sure that isn't "I want you" ? I've always wondered about that. I though I love you was "Te amo". The valentines balloons I'd see just made me think the Meicans were kinky.
- teknopagan, on 10/12/2007, -4/+16Yo Quiero Taco Bell!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -10/+19Te Quiero (What is says on the teddy bear's shirt) translates from Spanish to "I Love You"
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9im still giggling hard at work right now and my boss just gave me a cold stare in his gay bright orange shirt.
- antoniojvr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Te quiero is like saying to someone that you really like them (romantically) but it is below I love you (Te amo).
Te amo, digg! - djhash, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9You know.. i didnt realize, i explicitly read it as Bear... :-$
- IHaveIssues, on 10/12/2007, -10/+17Simple fix: have the USB connector come out his ass.
- wmarcello, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7It's still news. I don't know about you, but I'd rather have the people here sort out the cool news for me instead of visiting a dozen different sites everyday and wading through all their crap. I waste enough time on this one site each day.
- ahhell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6That is brilliant.
Looks hilarious plugged into the USB port. - DocDEB, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5How fast was that bear going when... Oh, never mind.
- ConceptJunkie, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6"Querer" has an idiomatic meaning of "to love" when used in this context. It does make for some amusing double entendre potential, though.
I always thought it was more informal. I would guess you say "Te quiero" in a candid moment to your sweetie, but "Te amo" during your formal wedding vows. - duality, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5I knew to expect something weird when I clicked on the link, but I don't think I've laughed THAT hard in a long time!
- redfox2600, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7"Te Quiero (What is says on the teddy bear's shirt) translates from Spanish to "I Love You""
Would that then imply that the USB drive should becoming out of the front of the bear - Unicron, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7Yeah Ireland's a great guy:
http://digg.com/apple/7.6_of_all_iPod_owners_would_switch_to_a_mac?cshow=#c2003140 - SweetsGreen, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4This reminds me of that shiffty eyed Teddy Rupskin.... I ripped his head off because he used to follow me with his eyes and watch me sleep....
God damn you Teddy Rupskin, Why won't you leave me alone. - bi0metric, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5This is absolutley great! I love it :P I was reading the comments in the article and some apple humper posted: Posted at 1:43PM on Jun 18th 2006 by Jack [ ! ]
These guys have a *LONG* way to go before they catch up to Apple design wise. But I think I would buy one in a second....
Now is this an apple humper or what! - DarthTurducken, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3When did the USB port become a glory hole?
- SpyDerMann, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3"Te quiero" is also used for phrases like "I love you, mom". Saying "te amo" in this case would be VERY. VERY inappropriate.
If you want to say "I want you" in spanish, you'd say "Te deseo". - barryyams, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3USB Barbie
http://www.b3ta.com/board/4577623 - DocDEB, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Every time there was a write to the USB drive Barbie's eyes would flash and the audio would be "Oh! Ken!"
- 4bit, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Now if we can get the guys at penny-arcade to build a fruit F&*#$# usb drive with it comming out the front...
- royeiror, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2it reminds me of pooh ber getting his big fat head stuck in a jar of honney, only this teddy seems to be stuck in a jar of usb goodness
- Dhalgren, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Everyone's asking where they can get one, it looks home made to me. So, make your own.
- Murdats, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2"Come on the web is a big place!"
exactly, and digg helps me find what is interesting where in it - dhughes, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2 Now that's one USB drive that should have it via the ass.
- Seidoger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Awww! This could traumatize so many kids haha. Imagine being two and seeing that your best friend is split in half with the body part inserted into a PC drive bay and the head laying on the desk.
- babelfishi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Not tested on animals - I hope?
- nlatimer, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2This would be even funnier if it was Winnie the Pooh and you had a Tree Case Mod.
"Oh Bother" - aznboi04k, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2i'll buy it.
- theprez, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The drive looks funny, but the title of this story makes all that more funny in a stupider way. WTF is a teddy beat? lol
Oh yeah and "Te quiero" is used for telling someone that you love them, but it doesn't have such a strong meaning as "Te amo". In other words, "te quiero" is usually used among family and friends to tell them how much you appreciate them, and "te amo" is used to tell your girlfriend/fiance/wife how much you love them.
And yes, "querer" actually means "to want", but in this context it means what I said above. - malier, on 10/16/2008, -0/+1the attak of fluffy
http://www.allstarcheerleading.iwantmorefans.com - sock2828, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Oh god thats horrible
- vexvex, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1If it twitches while it's connected, then order me a couple! I know what i'm giving my little nieces and nephews for chistmas this year!
- kaddar, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1They should make a stuffed penguin usb, that thing would probably sell well
- inactive, on 03/14/2009, -0/+1lol typo
- charlesny, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I hope they are not selling that in Toys'r'us!!!
- bs0l, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1i know you were probably in a rush to get it out and not be "beat" by someone to the story, but please, next time, spell check. good story.
+digg - Odweaver, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2not big enough, a humming bird would probably work though.
- ahhell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The thumbs up pic is great.
LOL - cambrown99, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This just goes to prove that bears are godless killing machines with no souls.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Hee hee. Cool mod. Keeps the kids away from my computer!
- jpesicka2, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3http://digg.com/design/USB_teddy_bear_holds_data,_scares_children
and mine says teddy bear not teddy beat. mine was submitted 3 hours before. piece of turd. - rorrison, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1at least it wasn't loose.
- Flankk, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I used to close his robotic eyelids in attempt to hide the dead stare. I felt guilty when the motor whirred and he didn't blink.
