- boneit, on 09/12/2008, -0/+4Plus it costs industry billions to filter this ***** and deal with it, all over the world. You can at least tell people to ***** off and walk away or shut the door in their face. You can't opt out of these tossers spambots, they're not directly selling you the products, and they forge who they're sending from. We get as many bounced spams where the spammer is using our domains as the sender. I'd say that was fraud alone.
Now think about the spam filters on your home machines, we're heading for metered net access. We're going to have to download this ***** before filtering it, clocking away our monthly data usage down the drain. How long under someone is on the end of a spambot that can end with your net connection being canceled for repeatedly going over your quota?
Put the tosser in with the kiddy fiddlers and let the inmates take care of him. - westory, on 09/12/2008, -0/+2Clearly it is a confusing issue if it has the top judges reversing themselves shortly after a prior judgment. This one is dropping the ball, though. Judges can indeed in most countries say that one part of a law is not valid, and give lawmakers a reasonable amount of time to fix it. This would have been a minor matter. It does not mean judges are activists; just that lawmakers are sometimes sloppy. But this sloppiness should not mean all creeps get off scott-free.

We are given free speech in order to voice our own opinions about anything and everything; however, we are also given the freedom of whether we want to hear such opinions or not. We can change TV channels if we don't agree with the news bias, or not read a book we know we won't want to read.
What Mr. Jaynes did was send out worthless garbage to 55,473 people. That garbage showed up in the inboxes of those people, whether they wanted it or not. Please tell me, how is this different than being harassed by a doomsday preacher on a street corner? Or protesters without a proper permit? Or proselytes at your front door who won't go away? - smotpoker1, on 09/13/2008, -0/+1I wouldn't mind being on the jury for whomever k**** that son of a bitch.I hope his wife gets gonorrhea and his daughters knocked up his dogs die and he get leprosy and his Viagra loving penis falls the ***** off.May his lawyer has a stroke and all he can do is stare at the world.
