- graderguy, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2I have done this many times. Have had 100% success with old Apple ADB keyboards. Mixed results with USB. One USB keyboard (one of the iMac kbrds with black keys) worked fine for a while, then got a little flaky, but I can not be for certain that the dish washing was the culprit. One bit of advice is to LET IT DRY!! Thoroughly! Water + electricity = bad! After you think it's dry, let it sit a few more days! I am lucky enough to have plenty of spare keyboards so downtime is not an issue. As one person on the site noted, having a spare is a fantastic idea!
