- Dested, on 10/10/2007, -4/+49This is perfect for when I do ecstasy and program.
- gwinerreniwg, on 10/10/2007, -3/+36If each key were user programmable, this would make an outstanding gaming keyboard. That stupid Optimus keyboard is trying a much more sophisticated approach that doesn't seem nearly as practical, and their deck is slated to cost $1200!
- tarkam, on 10/10/2007, -1/+20Ja! Billy Jean for your fingers!
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -7/+24no this is gay

keyboards cannot be homosexual do not posses sex organs - MrBabyMan, on 10/10/2007, -1/+13I was thinking the same thing. Each key IS user-programmable. The user-interface is about halfway down this page: http://www.luxeed.com/product_01.php
- dasdef, on 10/10/2007, -1/+13i dont need one, but i want one.
- DevilSpawn, on 10/10/2007, -1/+12More like "Give away your password in 10 seconds" keyboard...lol
- bitcloud, on 10/10/2007, -0/+10yeah it's like optimus but with a 1x1 pixel resolution on each key...
I'm in! - KlayBorg, on 10/10/2007, -1/+10I want one! Take that Optimus!
- Y0tsuya, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8No probably feels mushy like the cheaper ones. It's a shame really. For the price they charge they should put in some real mechanical keys.
- mushoo, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8And how long have you been living there?
- bitcloud, on 10/10/2007, -1/+9We're reclaiming the rainbow.... Heteros Unite!
(yes gay people can still have the colour pink... frat boys are in the closet with all their pink polo's anyway) - ewhac, on 10/10/2007, -0/+7Oh, dear... I can feel the money leaving my wallet already.
No word on how "type-able" the keyboard is, though. It could be pretty as all hell, but if it feels like sludge, it will suck.
Expect to see this thing in low-budget sci-fi movies. - Frozo, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Um, not every Digger here is a guy. Talk like that is actually kinda endearing when it comes from a BARBARA! lol
- boojoy, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6At least the writer points out a software is included.
- ricercia, on 04/21/2008, -0/+5I hope it's Linux compatible!
- harvardjanitor7, on 10/10/2007, -1/+6if it was 50-80 bucks i'd buy it
- TempestStorm, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Haha, they spelled create wrong.
Dugg. - 9a3eedi, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4Eye candy. People like it.
- DeskFlyer, on 10/10/2007, -4/+8Oh I get it, it's because it has the colors of a rainbow, lulzzzzz!!1!
- Terr01, on 10/10/2007, -5/+9A pretty uninspired video. "Feeling! Individuality!"
I'd rather be color-coding my keys based on the current fullscreen game. (Who plays games with non-dim rooms, anyway? Glare!) - Urusai, on 10/10/2007, -2/+5In Soviet Russia, dick comes in YOUR mouth!
eh... - Shadow503, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3or did he mean the guitar?
- TexanPsycho, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3For that money I'd still prefer a Logitech G15.
- AngryBacon, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3You need to see the keys?
- MrSunshine, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Get the black version of that keyboard?
- kent1146, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3If you want an LED keyboard with clicky keys (mechanical switches), I'd highly recommend the Deck Legend by TG3.
- Bagheera808, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3I saw this keyboard at CES earlier this year. After seeing it in person I thought it was a nifty idea, but just too bright and annoying to use it at work on a daily basis. And yes, each key is user programmable, and the point is to use the colors to highlight important keys - like hotkeys. I'll stick to my G15, though.
- Gotar, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3That's a swank disco keyboard! Functional too!
- bradbeattie, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Sweet. Now I can hack the Gibson.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4I adore tha black keyboard!!!!!!!! SUPER!
- Donza, on 10/10/2007, -2/+5"Creat keyboard of color." ..right.
- ravan, on 10/10/2007, -2/+4or get a macbook pro....
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2You cant hack a bank across the state line, You'll get nailed by the FBI! Where are your brains, In your ass?
- bob12321, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2From your computer you can change any key to any colour and there is a black one that looks mostly cool. http://www.luxeed.com/product_01.php
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2You know after looking at the black version of the keyboard, I changed my mind. The white one is entirely too colorful but the black one is right on the money.
- Drewboy64, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3Does anyone know or know where you could get any more information about it (besides from the Luxeed website). Alternative places to buy it? Supported OS's? Reviews? Stuff of alike?
- Genma, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2that's pretty cool, you can save different color profiles of key combinations for different games. what would be really awsome is if it had some sort of hook for executables to auto switch the colors, no more esc->settings->keyboard->wtf were my keys again?? in the middle of a game.
- badjoke, on 10/10/2007, -4/+6Right, cause people magazine readers really give a ***** about Kevin Rose.
- dugR, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3stfu not funny when it was new. and still not
- Lyght, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2It's unnecessary, but awesome.
- anarchytv, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2imagine this integrated into laptops, and some standarized API that any program could use to check if it were present, and interface with it (notepad, winamp, sony acid, videolan, you games, etc).
- anonym41414, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3... and typing on one gave you carpal-tunnel faster than you could say "clackety-clack."
- Jammerdelray, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3Looks nice, Saitek Eclipse 2 for 60 bucks with 3 colors probably beats the pants off it in terms of real world use.
- hirak99, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Very useful.
- DelMonte, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2The Saitek Eclipse cannot light up individual keys, only the whole keyboard...
- Genma, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2I'd say more like $40-60. oleds are cheap and from the features they show the controller should be too.
- harusp3x, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Believe it or not, America too.
- kaffein, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1OFN batman... Please submit this again when it actually comes out.
- capellathestar, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1But...does it blend??
