carmelinteractive.com — Carmel Interactive has just released nanoPBX. It's a PBX that integrates VoIP and PSTN connectivity and it comes with free soft phone and contact management software. Our office now manages all calls through it. The functionality includes 32 extensions, voicemail, caller-id, operator on hold....very cool stuff. Oh and it was extremely affordable!!!
