Also note that all who follow shakti are not tuggee. In fact thggee is virtually non existant nowdays.
And further, people tend to follow lines of hinduism that mostly personify their personalities.
For example the Aghoris http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aghoris are so grotesque that its even cool.
