    I've seen dogs missing limbs with tailor-made wheelbarrows strapped onto them to allow for movement, and to keep them from languishing on the ground. Though, I've only seen them replacing the hind legs of dogs, and I think they're most commonly used on animals that had legs and knew how to walk with them before losing them. Despite steering likely being more difficult I don't see why they couldn't have used such a system.

    Several years ago,i read about a dog who gave birth to puppies and none of them had front legs. They all learned to walk on two legs.
