- volz0r, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1These types of stories seem to me to always give hope that's unfounded for cures. I don't think this
particular research is going to end up curing anything, but every little piece is a step in the right
direction, and amen to people who get funded by large pharm. companies to work on the type
of stuff that conspiracy theorists like to claim they'll never release. - fgiDangeresque, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Watch them patent it and make everyone pay. I know there needs to be dividends paid on research done, particularly for universities but IMO a full on patent is not the 'right' thing to do by the community. Everybody seems to be patenting everything these days :/
- lilharut, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I agree, medication should be available to all, and government regulations are necessary to make sure medications and new research results are accessable to all, but not only to those who can pay.
- lilharut, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1When was this story, I did not hear anything in the media about Armenicum. If the drug is so powerful, could it possibly be a cure for treating cancer as well? How can I learn more abou it?
- antuny2, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Yes, it was coming from Armenia. But I didn't hear anything new about it. Have you seen something like that by digging?
- tukhar, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Do you mean the Armenicum that was discovered by Armenian Scientists to treat AIDS?
- lilharut, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0What is Armenicum?
- antuny2, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Will it be the next ARMENICUM or what?
