Personal genome tests under fire in New York

newscientist.com — THE personalised genomics bandwagon has hit a red light in the state of New York. Its Department of Health has written to more than 20 genetic testing companies - including those in the new business of genome scanning - warning them they may be operating illegally.

  • MrColdheart, on 04/25/2008, -1/+1I really hope I'm not offending anyone by saying this but I see a connection between the fact that some of the richest Jewish family's with political pull live in NYC and the more stringent genetic testing laws in that state.
