So essentially a plant I could go on a poisoning spree with is legal, yet a plant with health benefits and expansive medicinal properties is an abomination against god and a threat to the nation?

I don't know how many times I've smoked bowls with other people that were probably sick and I've never gotten sick from the pipe. Just from experience, not saying it actually works for everyone.
