- inajeep, on 04/30/2009, -0/+33FTA: The cave was originally discovered in 1991 by a Vietnamese Jungle man called Ho Khanh. However Mr Spillane said no-one had entered if before because: 'it emitted a frightful wind and noise which was due to a large underground river.'
Wonderful photos, can't wait for more. - illepic, on 04/30/2009, -11/+39OctoMom vagina joke in 5...4...3...

- IHaveCrayons, on 04/30/2009, -6/+18I am Vietnamese and I'll digg anything that says Vietnam.
- rrife, on 04/30/2009, -1/+10You are in a maze of twisty little passages, all alike.
- sb66, on 04/30/2009, -4/+13Do you actually think that it's funny posting the same lame comment in multiple threads?
Folks - This is a typical GOP supporter.
Nuff said. - 1ncu3us, on 04/30/2009, -0/+9Call me when they get deep enough inside that they find a race of lizard people.. or the earth turns out to be hollow

- fety, on 04/30/2009, -0/+8...a watered down digital SLR camera for under $800 can do good photos in low light. It's just a simple technique of taking a long exposure. Set the camera to a higher ISO setting (800 or more) and set the exposure to 1 second or more, set the timer or remote and obviously use a tripod. When the moon is out you can make the night sky look like daytime with stars using a 20-30 second exposure.

- daimposter, on 04/30/2009, -1/+8but he didn't make a 'joke'. here it goes.
world's largest cave found in Vietnam? Hello, what about OctoMom's vagina? There's enough space in there to shelter the homeless of greater los angeles. - Leetamus, on 04/30/2009, -1/+8"The team spent six hours trekking through the jungle to reached the cave."
Sometimes spell check won't even help. - inactive, on 04/30/2009, -5/+12Not really into caves unless they contain a 430 - 720 dmg 2HE sword with a +3% crit modifier and a 108 dps/sec DOT
- BossKey, on 04/30/2009, -0/+7I was gonna make a Paris Hilton joke but I'll digg you instead.
- Roboctopus, on 04/30/2009, -2/+9This proves that giant worms exist. Cryptozoology FTW!
- inactive, on 04/30/2009, -1/+8Internal, STFU.
- inactive, on 04/30/2009, -0/+6They.ve got these new fangled online RPGs now called MMORPGs.
- mountain1488, on 04/30/2009, -0/+6At least my mother loves me
- inactive, on 04/30/2009, -0/+6They're still working out the privacy concerns for Cave View.
- ausfahrt, on 04/30/2009, -0/+6I like how there are still people exploring earth and finding new *****.
- schmitey, on 04/30/2009, -1/+7My crazy uncle is a caver and has always invited me to join him. I definitely need to do it now that I'm graduating! A cave like this would not be a problem for me, but ***** that confined spaces/bats rushing closely by you *****!
- mountain1488, on 04/30/2009, -3/+9If you're a hot, possible lesbian who's on a hiking trip with your hot, possible lesbian friends, I would not suggest to go in that cave.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5I1q4KhKNU - WhiskeyLemur, on 06/30/2009, -0/+5I wish I could afford a camera good enough to get shots of this quality - my husband and I are both cave fanatics, but our cave photos always end up looking like turd paintings because our cameras can't hack it in low light settings =(
- seeldee, on 04/30/2009, -0/+5That is some Mines of Moria ***** right there.
- Vodd9, on 04/30/2009, -1/+6No fail from the dailymail this time. Dugg.
- inactive, on 04/30/2009, -0/+5Cool! I love mysterious caves deep in the jungle...
- xsecretfiles, on 04/30/2009, -0/+5What? Google earth didn't find it?
- jshhmr, on 04/30/2009, -0/+5As an amateur spelunker, that is awesome! The wild caves in Missouri are really nice for beginners that would like to try it out.
- Wypie, on 04/30/2009, -0/+5Yep. You'll never see that working in an office...
- kingofinternet, on 04/30/2009, -1/+6Reminds me of when people say they 'discovered' this great Mexican or Vietnamese place in the city.
What about those Mexicans and Vietnamese who've been eating there the whole ***** time?
Get my drift? - fabriciom, on 04/30/2009, -2/+7Everyone else is too busy trying to find food?
- EarlOfLade, on 04/30/2009, -0/+4Did you see Top Gear in Vietnam?
- BossKey, on 04/30/2009, -0/+4Obvious exits are North, South and Dennis.

- Machismo, on 04/30/2009, -0/+4That movie was rather cool with some excellent cave sights. Also, the women are kinda hot. I do admit, I was expecting them to start making out or something in the middle of it.
- Lightnin4000, on 04/30/2009, -0/+4The LaserAce 300 is a pretty badass little tool:
http://www.mdl.co.uk/handheld_laser_systems/lasera ... - WhiskeyLemur, on 06/30/2009, -2/+6I believe the technical term is "spelunker," not "caver" ;)
- inajeep, on 04/30/2009, -0/+4Don't forget a tripod and some of the portable lights they use in the cave would work too. There is no ambient light once you get in far enough. Cheap Flashes would work but you would need a radio trigger to get it look like those photos.
- fety, on 04/30/2009, -0/+4haha.... one of the characters from that is in a new movie called Lesbian Vampire Killers.
- designerutah, on 04/30/2009, -0/+4So... how long before someone tries to get a license and offer:
"Underground river rafting adventure--rated 'extreme' for reality." - PawFox, on 04/30/2009, -0/+3I want my data centre to be down there.
- inactive, on 04/30/2009, -0/+3You are in a twisting maze of little passages, all alike.
- AndrewDB, on 04/30/2009, -0/+3I wonder how it compares to Mammoth Cave in Kentucky.
- EricAnderton, on 04/30/2009, -0/+3I'm all about WV cave country myself. However, we're having a hell of a time with the bat-kiling-fungus that's out here. :(
But I would love to posse up and head out for this cave. It would be worth the trip. -
