- Shogi, on 08/18/2008, -7/+76They forgot to add the minority bias!
White or Asian = Trustworthy!
Everyone else = Call the cops!
[/sarcasm] - v1c1ous, on 08/18/2008, -0/+37Did they grab that chart from oblivion?
- i4ybrid, on 08/18/2008, -3/+34I am Asian and I don't trust Asian or white people either.

- xpose, on 08/18/2008, -0/+16If everyone looked like an animated Japanese character then the world wouldn't know who to trust.
- GothAlice, on 08/18/2008, -4/+19No.
Small boy = delicious snack. Bite sized people.
Grown man = able to defend themself and/or call authorities. Bad people. - VivaNOLA, on 08/18/2008, -1/+13So how many scientists did it take to determine that it's harder to trust someone who looks like they want to kill you? How might the results have been different if the guy on the right was actually really pissed and the dude on the left just got a warm little hug from Jesus?
- whisperedlie, on 08/18/2008, -1/+13uh.. didn't they get the chins backwards?
- Stupidumb, on 08/18/2008, -1/+13Those are some angry *****
- outhouseinput, on 08/18/2008, -2/+14( .Y. )
- inactive, on 08/18/2008, -0/+12That can't be right, with those features you have to be gay.

Small Boy: Trustworthy
Grown Man: Untrustworthy
??? - oli5993, on 08/18/2008, -0/+11I'd run away from both of them!
- jehan60188, on 08/18/2008, -2/+12asian as in east asian, yes
asian as in south asian, or middle eastern, heck no. i've experienced this first hand- i'm from pakistan, of arabic descent. - inactive, on 08/18/2008, -2/+12WHITE DEVIL!
- kingmanic, on 08/18/2008, -0/+10The guy with the really bad ass cloths and pale face and possibly white hair. He's the villain. Don't trust him. Blond teens with spiky hair and his motley crew are obliviously the protagonists and you ought to give them your life story, any incidental fetch quests and any belongings lying about your house.
- inactive, on 08/18/2008, -0/+10Meh, basically just put on a happy face and people will trust you.
- bigcynic, on 08/18/2008, -2/+10Put a crucifix around your neck and you instantly become a Good Person trusted by millions.
- jarjarwang, on 08/18/2008, -0/+8Abobo from Double Dragon = not trustworthy.
- bokep, on 08/18/2008, -0/+8Just smile. As long as you don't have a sinister smile most people would trust you.
- laguano, on 08/18/2008, -0/+8Then i would look like your mother!
/cornymomjoke - ninjan, on 08/18/2008, -0/+8I don't trust the guy to the right. Why is he smiling? he is obviously hiding something.
- Trav1289, on 08/18/2008, -0/+7Yes very much so. Eyes do play a major part.
- GothAlice, on 08/18/2008, -0/+6*shudders*
- Narcism, on 08/18/2008, -0/+6the article, you should read it.
- MxM111, on 08/18/2008, -0/+5I think the largest difference in those pictures (and in real life) is smile.
- adougherty, on 08/18/2008, -0/+5Never! Her eyebrows are down in the middle, very untrustworthy!
- tekproxy, on 08/18/2008, -1/+6Trust and altruism have explanations centered around selfishness. Someone didn't do their homework.
It's part of the reason small communities are often very friendly to one another, where as say, people in Chicago don't give one, let alone two ***** about you on average. The reason is simple: You're much more likely to encounter the same person again in a small community and Not in a hyper-large one like New York. Being nice to someone you're going to see often is better than being an ass. You help them they help you, at least on average. That's one theory for origin of our desire to be helpful...
Not too get too much into game theory (because I can't, lol): There was a game with simple programs to see which behavior was the most successful. The programs could cheat or cooperate. If they both worked together they got 3 points. If one cheated and the other cooperated the cheater got 4 points and the sap got 1 point. If they both cheated they got 2 points. There were some programs that always cooperated, always cheated, randomly decided, or ones that tried to build up trust, or were very complicated, but the one that did the best was the one that tried to cooperate at first, and if you cheated it once it would cheat you once. So initial cooperation with swift vengeance and then forgiveness worked best. Sounds good, right? Sounds damned familiar, right?
Oh and being trustworthy is about the most important ability to have. I know tons of people who are good cats but can't get what they want because they are slightly anti-social. I tend to get helped and garner extra attention and service wherever I go if I'm dressed the part and I play the game. This goes hand in hand with networking in general so I suggest you read some literature on it. - Narcism, on 08/18/2008, -0/+5Double posting makes me look like the guy on the left.
- Intrepion, on 08/18/2008, -0/+5HYPNOTOAD!!
- alpha94, on 08/18/2008, -0/+4They stick out because she's got to gain a few pounds.
- GothAlice, on 08/18/2008, -2/+6I'm a white person and I don't trust Asian people either.
/sarcasm - steelersfan7roe, on 08/18/2008, -2/+6Great. Now realize nobody except the ***** like you are looking that hard.
You're not fooling anyone because nobody's looking. - GothAlice, on 08/18/2008, -0/+4@Tripper44: "Bite sized people" is a quote from the BBC series "Jekyll".
- LetsGoToClass, on 08/18/2008, -1/+5dude on the right looks like hes about to get ***** big time by the dude on the left
- philars, on 08/18/2008, -0/+4gotta watch out for those "redguards"

- nardo510, on 08/18/2008, -1/+4I love women.
- Abomonog, on 08/18/2008, -2/+5I have a confession to make.
I have a Jesus complex. It seems that everyone else thinks I'm Jesus. EVERYONE I know asks me for help on virtually every problem in their lives Mostly because they have gotten themselves in a fix and they need saving. Much of this requires a lot of trust. I've always wondered why I have always been so trusted and it sure is hell not because I am cute. (I look like Skeletor if you ask me) But I've got the high cheek bones and big chin so that explains it a bit. I just wish people wouldn't trust me so much. I need some peace and quiet. - Tcasey0478, on 08/18/2008, -0/+3On the left I see an Orc, on the right I see a conehead!
- wolviex, on 08/18/2008, -0/+3Yeah creepy.. Not just big eyes, her head is tiny! Very small face.. Looks like a mask.... or a bug... Or a BUG IN A MASK!!!!
