Acne for the most part is the skin's response to testosterone in certain people, so what you're saying is not a huge surprise. Of course, low levels of testosterone aren't very desirable either. Unless you're HOPING for things like gynecomastia.

THC is chemically similar, and thus most likely acts by blocking the receptor sites in the brain for your body's natural product. It doesn't imply that smoking pot will be therapeutic (that's a separate study). For example, Antifreeze looks a lot like alcohol to your body. Doesn't mean we should go smoke up antifreeze!
