Zero Punctuation: Tabula Rasa watch!
escapistmagazine.com — This week, Richard Garriott's Magnum Opus gets a little love. A long distance dedication, from Yahtzee to General British.

- AwakeningAZ, on 10/20/2007, -3/+85Anyone who doesn't appreciate Zero Punctuation is pants-on-head retarded.
- chibimmy, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4Some of todays brightest minds are pants-on-head friendly.
- donttaseme, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1i actually do it backwards, head-on-pants... no wait ... ewwww, dirty :S
- amitlu, on 10/11/2007, -5/+11Or a selfdiagnosed aspergers kid.
- superbobd, on 10/11/2007, -1/+10Use the ***** reply button. You *****. :)
- DontGameDigg, on 10/11/2007, -4/+0The reply system is broken and doesn't work almost half the time.
- ch4os1337, on 10/11/2007, -9/+2Wait.. asperger's syndrome aka semi-mental-retardation is no joke.. there was once this kid in my class who had it and everyday he was quiet as ass.. then when I would ask him what time is it or something the teacher verbally beat me with a brick..... yelling "LEAVE HIM ALONE, HES NORMAL" and the next day he wouldn't stfu, he was like normal only that he ***** his pants every day or so.... until he got moved to a snoezelen room (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snoezelen ) which he later died from a seizure from all the trippy lights and colors..
- ToadLeg, on 10/11/2007, -3/+4Aspergers syndrome could be applied to anybody on Earth because it is not a real disorder. If you don't believe me look it up in the DSM IV. Also, press reply ass.
- themastersb, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1I remember this one time I met someone with Ass-Burgers syndrome
- superbobd, on 10/11/2007, -1/+10Use the ***** reply button. You *****. :)
- magicaltrevor, on 10/20/2007, -3/+18A slightly NSFW edition, but fantastic nontheless (I loved the comment about the foamy-mouthed CS junkies).
- Cimlite, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1If you can go online and watch movies with little simplistic cartoon characters acting out scenes from video games at work in the first place... I somehow think it matters less if they are jerking each other off under a censor-sign or not. Maybe that's just me though.
- rk_cr, on 10/11/2007, -0/+17If this review is Yahtzee's way of giving "a little love" then I don't think I ever want to know what a full on baby makin' session would be like with him.
- DontGameDigg, on 10/16/2007, -6/+7Dugg, despite the Escapist Magazine's forums being run by assholes. It's like they ENCOURAGE new users to bash Zero Punctuation in order to get more exposure, and BAN anyone that speaks out against the rude new users. That's some ***** up priorities.Of course, I can only speculate since the editors/moderators deliberately ignore my e-mails.
- DontGameDigg, on 10/20/2007, -3/+13I wish all the best for Yahtzee, but I hope his show isn't corrupted by Escapist influence. But, as he said, he's getting to ride on someone's big boat made of money. Well, if he wants to stay on that boat, he'll have to listen to their ideas. It's obvious that in some of these episodes.. he just didn't even want to do them. *****, he even SAID so in the episodes practically. His show's a great, great thing. I just hope that big boat isn't run by a drunk retard trying to ram into an iceberg. I hope he has a "*****" clause in the contract, because before he got onto that site, it was in the depths of alexa ranking hell. You can tell on this graph right where he jumped on board. It was dying.

Good luck, yahtzee. I just want the best for your show.

- Nutt3rz, on 10/11/2007, -2/+10Bloody brilliant, as always.
- bonedead, on 10/11/2007, -10/+2Too bad the game's ghey.
- Robubie, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2actually i am having more fun tabula rasa than i do in most mmo's and i have played em all.
- Cheeseman1208, on 10/11/2007, -2/+6Epic. I've seen all of his reviews, and not one has failed to make me ***** my pants with laughter.
- EmperorAwesome, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3Geez...you may wanna add more fiber to your diet. Bind the old o-ring up.
- izzybr, on 10/11/2007, -3/+4This guy is hilarious, but I don't think he has ever like any game ever
- Virtualtaco, on 10/11/2007, -0/+11He liked peggle. Sort of.
- phosphenes, on 10/11/2007, -1/+13And Psychonauts, really.
- ndavisAA, on 10/20/2007, -1/+13Listen to his bioshock review. He explains why he 'hates' the game he reviews.
- pathy, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4Psychonauts.
- Puppetfunk, on 10/11/2007, -1/+6He liked Psychonauts...Mostly.
- Paroparo, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Apparently he really, really loves a bunch of games... but never reviews them because that would be just plain boring.
- z9john, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Don't forget Fantasy World Dizzy for the C64!
- Nat3r, on 10/11/2007, -2/+2i think i have a hernia.
- ndavisAA, on 10/11/2007, -1/+12'If i did desperately somehow want to lose money, I would throw it off a bridge'. Greatest line ever.
- modifiedbears, on 11/14/2007, -1/+32"MMORPGs tend to be more intelligent...ok, I can't finish that sentence with a straight face."
For me that was the greatest part of the review. I hate people who waste all their time on MMORPGs and think others don't because they aren't as intelligent.- XZanatos, on 10/15/2007, -3/+4So true, in reality all those hours and hours of playing do is waste a couple Megawatts into heat and rearrange the magnetic orientation of a some MICROscopic bits of metal. Just try to realize that is all that game playing does: it rearranges the magnetic orientation of tiny bits of metal, no useful work gets done at all.
- toliman, on 11/14/2007, -0/+2no useful work gets done anywhere, it depends on what you see as useful. as opposed to the stockmarket, global climate change, the MTV music awards, setting up insurance for banks to make money, lawyers, etc. it's all completely useless until it's not. like a lot of things, it's make work for someone, and it's largely sold as entertainment and speculation.
entertainment , be it sex, drugs, tv, movies, warfare, politics, law, etc. is a multi-trillion dollar industry. how else do you think 5 billion people would be able to stay in the same place without self-destructing.
at the most or least its simulated on a computer that just chews up electrons and time, not real people or places.

- Asianwaste, on 10/15/2007, -5/+1You're just too stupid to play WoW.

- phosphenes, on 10/11/2007, -10/+3I feel sorry for him. If he's actually that jaded about video games, he'll never get the chance to fully enjoy them. That being said, his reviews are hilarious.
- WG55, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1He does enjoy games. See his review of Psychonauts: http://www.escapistmagazine.com/articles/view/edit ...
- mmhnef, on 10/13/2007, -27/+2Pretty much one of the dumbest things i've seen. The guy has no idea what he's talking about.
- ashlocke, on 10/11/2007, -0/+12Play a MMOG do we?
Have a sense of humor. :D
- ashlocke, on 10/11/2007, -0/+12Play a MMOG do we?
- psmonteiro, on 10/11/2007, -1/+7Mumorpuger
- RichPowers, on 10/11/2007, -1/+7Spot on commentary about MMOs (especially the ones that promise to be innovative). Oh, it's funny as hell too.
- Achaean, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5genius!
- dragonscales, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3The really awesome thing about Yahtzee's videos is that they're funny, and quote "legitimate journalism" unquote is actually hidden in them also. If there was a 5 stars button, my hands would be bleeding with RSI.
- jeffmon, on 11/01/2007, -1/+3The review was spot-on. I'm in the beta though, and that game isn't half bad.
- Paroparo, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2He isn't saying that it's bad. He's just saying he doesn't like MMOs, and the game isn't as OMGWTF-awesome as it claims to be.
- tymme, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I must be playing the other half, then.... Definitely needed to stay in beta for a while longer, glad they didn't shoot it in the foot like they did with Auto Assault.
- cg0def, on 10/11/2007, -2/+1lol this is pretty funny. It's actually one of the better reviews out there ...
- L33tmaster, on 10/11/2007, -2/+1lol, that was pretty funny. I played the beta for a couple of hours, it's just like he says, a futuristic WoW.
- Ethervoid, on 10/11/2007, -3/+1Too bad his "review" loses all its credibility by setting WoW as his originality reference in the first place. And TR's UI doesnt look slightly similar so...Technoviking decided its a fail.
- tytanium0503, on 10/18/2007, -0/+4The purpose of these zero punctuation reviews is not to fairly review a game, and weigh its pros and cons. It's more of a witty british criticism. I would never let a review from him determine whether or not I would play it. Especially hearing that he didn't try the multiplayer in halo 3.
- Flashman, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3Still, there's an element of truth in these bitingly sarcastic and satirical reviews. That's the funniest part.
- macp, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2that was my first time watching ZP.... i think his pace of speaking matches my ADD pretty well :)
- Delusionist, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2Buzz word of the century: "Mumorpuger."
- hellbender, on 10/11/2007, -1/+0Yahtzee is god.
Carry on. - jakster4u, on 10/14/2007, -0/+2This guy is aweome, but does he like any game?
- DontGameDigg, on 10/14/2007, -0/+3He likes Psychonauts and Bioshock.
- Sarevok9, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2every week he gets better. amazing.
- mongrel, on 10/14/2007, -0/+3Oh man the last line was comedy gold.
- smashcrab, on 10/14/2007, -0/+3Holy crap that was awesome. Never even heard of this guy, but I'll be watching the rest of the series from now :) Thanks for submitting this!
- vichussmith, on 10/14/2007, -0/+1Even though I'm enjoying Tabula Rasa, I agree with the opinions on TR and MMOs in general.
All TR is an MMO with run and gun action. Sorry, there's not much more to it.
Also, no matter how "revolutionary" an MMO is, I can't see myself paying dollars a month for a grind
