- EmileVictor, on 10/12/2007, -0/+45I heard it could give women... Oh wait... No, that's the zune.
- Klarth, on 10/12/2007, -2/+33Is it just me, or has "hilarious" replaced "amazing" as Digg's most annoying buzzword?
- BenSerwa, on 10/12/2007, -0/+26Dude, DDR is serious cardio, it's more work than jogging. Wii Sports is just swinging your arms a bit.
- Harabeck, on 10/12/2007, -0/+25Some of these make me even more excited about the Wii-mote. You get a gaming system and arsenal!
- kee440, on 10/12/2007, -1/+24Welcome back to May.
- iseeyou0101, on 10/12/2007, -1/+21its true no one will ever use that strap thing, but these are hilarious especially you getting cancer and nightmares from the control
- Satanael, on 10/12/2007, -3/+19Lol cancer.
- StickyShoez, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14Did anyone see that Al Roeker (spelling) video of him playing Wii sports!? It was like watching a fat Pinocchio learing how to swing his wooden arms for the first time.
- Zippo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+13I give it a week before some greedy parent sues Nintendo over Wii-related bruise.
- ICSU, on 10/12/2007, -0/+12hurt? I heard it cures cancer.
- Dochtuir, on 10/12/2007, -0/+12http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2006/11/13
- ThinkBox, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7people generally last more than 30 minutes playing real sports... and if you are interested in seeing NYONE who can do that... turn on ESPN.
- kee440, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8Since when was it compulsory to swing your arms wildly about? Just because they do it in the commercials, doesn't mean you have to do it. You can control the game by sitting down and only moving your arm slightly.
- Satanael, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9I... think you missed the point of the article...
It's funny ha-ha, not funny queer. - Klarth, on 10/12/2007, -2/+8"Cancer" and "Nightmares" had me in tears I was laughing so hard. I love it.
- xaogypsie, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6hahaha, yeah. I laughed especially hard at the cancer one. I had cancer, and there was a time when i was laying on the floor just like that. Seriously.
No, this isn't some sort of "you need to be more sensitive" nonsense........ - idonthack, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4It made my kitty die :(
- Christophercles, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4When the Wii first was shown here in Australia, my friend and I had our second go playing wii sports, Tennis of course. I decided to let her have a go serving, and as soon as she went to throw it up, her wrist strap snapped and her controller flew away and hit some guy in the line. I'm pretty sure she's the first person in Australia to injure someone with a wii. (Btw, the wrist strap only broke because of the metal cables the demo people attached to the contollers, to stop people running off with them, it was rubbing across the string part for about an hour and finally let the controller free).
- felyduw, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Less than having to press several small buttons with coordination. Games like Wii Play are, I believe, more disabled-friendly than any other game before.
Either way it depends on the disability. - squison, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4Vibrational Impotence + Cancer = lose one or both of your boys. Damn you, Wii!
- epheterson, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I like the last one the best, it's a common joke that "anything can give you cancer," however innocent it may seem.
- bradford, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5Dugg for "Nunchuckery"
- spoonard, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3That's the same kind of funny as the PS3 though isn't it? Funny queer? lol
- Denver80203, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I'll use the strap thing
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4I am counting the days until pictures of huge, expensive plasma TVs with Wii-mote-shaped dents/dings start circling the Internet.
- Soniti, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Anyone notice that the chick in the first pic is holding the nunchuck part backwards?
I hate Wii-model pics.
~Soniti - Klarth, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2So people have been incessantly tagging stories with "hilarious" for the past few days because I brought it up just now?
Something's not clicking here... - YourTechSupport, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I hope someone makes Wiimote jackets with rubber grips.
Or rubber wiimotes. Or Wii Gloves....
heheh.... Wii Glove... - chrisbg99, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Violence against interns is always funny.
- boyter, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3I liked eating Fugu because it turns eating in to a death sport. Now one of my other favorite activites has an element of danger. Bring it on!
- Denver80203, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Asymmetrical Body Development did it for me
- shoeshine, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Made me giggle a few times.
- Wilcox, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2http://www.duggmirror.com
To get around the work filters... - ArveeOnFire, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Nintendo has made them already.
- SportBilly, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1@Klarth If you say so but only because people like you mention it.
- notme127, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2Am I the only one who thinks that Ask-A-Ninja wrote this?
- mrkmrk, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1http://www.1up.com/media?id=3090412
I just laughed my ***** ass off. I'm in the middle of a classroom. I explained, between laughs: "Cancer."
Don't think that this makes me look too great. - vlurk, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Too bad you don't have a video to show this: it would have made front page easily!
- Paroparo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Swinging your arms badly around is like grinning like and idiot or looking like the model. They do it in the commercials, but you sure as heck don't have to.
- gilokee, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Hahaha, oh man my favorite is the nightmare one. These were really creative! xD
- HsoKinees, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1nightmares LOL!!!! XD
- GarySinise, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Just wondering if anyone else pondered this... doesn't the wii leave out physically disabled gamers from a good chunk of the way you interact with the games?
- vanillaman, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0haha, vibrational impotence....sick little bastard
- ripthorne, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0dugg for Backhand Slash, and Asymmetrical Body Development, ha ha, wha pack!
- sockeplast, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1Hehe, good stuff.
Looking forward to playing it.
Perhaps now is a good time to start producing special wii protection kits.
Light foamplastic helmet, elbowpads and so on. - bubba9999, on 10/12/2007, -7/+3I wonder if greasemonkey can substitute "retarded" for hilarious?
- goupil, on 10/12/2007, -4/+0Hmmm, try this one : http://www.jeusanspause.com/mainfr.html
- Dragula, on 10/12/2007, -5/+0very funny. but bound to be done sooner than later
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -6/+1***** Dugg! I loved it! The best was easily Cancer :)
