Oops... meant to +1 you but hit the -1. Digg needs the ability to change comment votes.
- Farmer77, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4It won't be a stretch to say the Playstation 3 version of the game might cost 69.99. Yikes!!
- astrotrain, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2And the sad thing, there are folks out there who would pay that amount of money for a video game.

- Darkyoshi1, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Transformers is awesome - I'm lucky that at the mall I go to for movies, the Gamestop and Movies are pratically right next to eachother. Talk about easy access.
- mikeabundo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1And the Gamestop probably makes more money.
- diggthiscrap, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Someone is sounding like a plant :)
- oncomouse, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5I would rather the game come out when its done and turned into a quality product, rather than rushed out the day the movie debuts wheather its ready or not.
- Alegis, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1That is unfortunate with these games with movie licences. Really good games in this pool are as rare as white ravens.
- alexkorova, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0The best(IMO, but it's shared by rather many others too) "movie to game"-game was released 2 years after the movie.
- astrotrain, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Yeah 'Movie to Games' are made to quickly... no train of thought goes into them... they draw a stick figure with an Autobot symbol on its chest and say that's the good guy and another with Decepicon symbol.
Then slap it in a box, and charge $70.00 for it. And if you want support you pay the company another $4.95
per minute to figure out why your game keeps crashing. Then after $150 later, the game company states
there was a bug in the game, and will offer a 'upgrade' for an additional $20.00.
Yeah just let the games come out and 'bake' for a while if you own the consoles. - andygravity, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0oncomouse:
agreed lets hope this doesnt turn into another "matrix". sadly i have NO faith in this game, i can not think of a single decent movie-tie-in game - projektmayhem, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1i would usually agree but the last transformers game on PS2/xbox (published by Atari) was absolutely fantastic, so it's got some very solid foundations on which to build on.
plus, it's transformers, shiny robots shooting lasers = teh win ;) - ReverseJesus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The only great movie to game tie-in that i have ever seen is Rockstars 'The Warriors'. Smashing people's faces with bottles has never been so much fun.
- cryonix, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4i know a guy whos working on this. level design. from the sounds of it, its going to be sweet!
- mkjones, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2IF this actually happens I will eat my avatar.
- SilentBobSC, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Oh, it will happen, and most likely the game will suffer as a result (see: Matrix, and the rest of movie/game tie-ins). So sad... if they had the time I'm sure someone could make a pretty bitchin game with this license...
- Privilege, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Cool, the last Transformers game was fun, although not very popular. This one should be a hit since it is going to be released with the movie. All the little kiddies will see the movie then beg their parents.
- TheLlamaIs, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1You still can't beat the classic optimus prime, regardless of how many millions you spend animating him.
- redneckblues, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Is it too much to hope for a 360 version?
- oncomouse, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The fact the Bublebee is going to be a camero makes me very leary of this film. If they can ***** with bumblebee, nothing is sacred to them.
- jeffbax, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Well, that kind of confirms it is destined to suck.
I think the only game that ever pulled this off was King Kong. - meltingrobot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4"I miss you more than Michael Bay missed the mark, when he made Pearl Harbor."
- diggthiscrap, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1C'mon, guys, movie-based games are never good :(
- JoeScalise, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I can't trust a guy named Seamus that has a "signature gold earring"
- astrotrain, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1Look there have been several Transformer games of the past....
CoinOp - Vector Z (transformer based robot/jet fighter)
C=64 - Transformers (Ocean Software) based on G1.
C=64 - Transformers: The Movie (Activision) based on the movie characters
(Side 1 of 5.25" = Game | Side 2 of 5.25" = Story of The Transformers)
PC - Beast Warriors (Hasbro) based on the Beast Warriors
PC - Quake 2: Transformers a mod for your Quake II (very cool!)
PC - BF Transformers (Battlefield 1942 Mod) - Tops them all so far!
Take multilayer BF1942 and add Transformers.. (yes you can transform!)
PS - Transformers - FZero, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Fsck, Michael Bay is directing it? Why didn't they call someone decent to do this?
- kilodelta, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2does anyone remember Enter The Matrix?
if you do, then why would you think that this is a good idea? - bobo3457, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0i hate the last transformor game why would i like this one
