- JayD16, on 10/12/2007, -4/+25Did you just call the PS2 a failure? Whats wrong with you?
- dpknc84, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6No... it's a toaster. These blending jokes are getting old.
- Black913Hole, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4i hope that was a joke on it being a playstaion 2, because the toaster that was actually used is one of those fancy four slotters.
- profOblivion, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3To quote Invader Zim:
Alien: "My race worked themslves into extinction turning our planet into a spaceship using similar technology tested before on another planet!"
Zim: "Why would you do that?"
Alien: "Because it's cool." - biff198, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Does anyone else have to wait forever for any Destructoid page to load? Even with 3 Meg broadband and fasterfox, it still took this page about a minute and a half for me... Why? And I know it doesn't have to do with Digg, because it is like this ALL THE TIME for me...
As for the PS2, being all pretty and shiny like that, I like it! - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -4/+5This is pretty damn cool
- thcobbs, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1It's simple really.
Because they think it'd be cool to try. - profOblivion, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Please don't put kitchen appliances inside other kitchen appliances.
- SirBriggs, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I'm kinda disappointed that the toaster doesn't work.
- alx242, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1@MrSidnet:
The grill was funny as a joke...actually seeing someone trying to make it was just darn boooooooooooring!
This was way more funny! - alx242, on 10/12/2007, -3/+4@JayD16:
He is biased and can't stand a company like Sony since he bought a 360...thus has to slander anything and everything that company is associated with even if it was/is a good thing! - bmalnad, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I thought I was going to see someone make toast on a PS3... :-(
- plastek, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Pretty lame if you ask me. Pretty obvious this is a girls work.
I mean cmon, fitting a ps2 into a huge ass toaster that's twice the size of the original unit is hardly a cool mod.
Whats up with the two extra holes that lead nowhere?
If this had been done on a smaller toaster, and it didn't look like hell it would be cool. - MrSidnet, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Because they can? But really, I think the PS3grill was better. It had an underlying joke behind it. Ps2 is old news. Story is funny, but the author was pretty cocky.
- craaaig, on 10/12/2007, -4/+4My PS2 barely works and i didn't shove it in a toaster, wtf?
- geekThing, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2These girls just cant stop shoving things.
- m00kie, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1that looks so stupid. reallly.
- BlackKnight6, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1I think putting it in a toaster and keeping the size like the toaster is the point...
- phort99, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1"And the damned thing still works."
...The toaster or the PS2? - Zhara, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0i think it's dugg out :)
- TheLD, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0It's easy to do because none of the Inputs/Outputs are actually joined to the motherboard so no soldering is required. just take both the covers off and swap the contents round.
Of course it works, why wouldn't it? - g3r4, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1When you're bored, drunk, or high ***** just sorta happens. Though in this case, it seems that she was just bored, what with her dad being there and the use of machining equipment without injury.
- chedabob, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1It would be waaaaaaaaay more impressive if either she whacked the ps2 inside the toaster (like you would do with bread) and then toasted the ***** out of it, or if she managed to fit the ps2 guts inside, and still have a functional toaster.
"Look ma, I can make poptarts AND slap hoes at the same time XD" - digimat, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0wow that is sooooo coooool.
I'll jus stick mine in my xbox... that way it won't be as *****. - xboxmods, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1www.duggmirror.com
- akinder, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Hm, a toaster is pretty well insulated, and keeps the heat inside for.. well toasting bread.. I wonder how long the PS2 will last on a long gaming session?
- Azselendor, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0Now introducing The Playstation 4.... Slice.
- kristin364, on 10/12/2007, -7/+2I don't understand why people take the time to do this kind of stuff.
- suman78, on 10/12/2007, -8/+3I need a wiitoaster....can use my wiimote to pop the bread out of the toaster
- rbtopp, on 10/12/2007, -9/+1But the question is...............Will it blend???
- DiggityDugged, on 10/12/2007, -31/+10It cooks up failure times two
