Actually, the picture of the Spy from Splinter Cell isn't Sam Fisher. It's one of the multiplayer spies, the guys in the storyline who disarm the other bombs in the game. Sam doesn't wear a full mask like they do, so he can always show off his manly chin stubble.
I mostly know this because I was one of those jerks who played Splinter Cell 2 and 3's multiplayer a LOT. If you played the game casually, you probably know the type. The guys who actually learned the levels and worked with a single friend every time they played and had routes mapped and everything.

If you're going to cosplay, you really have to find a character that you actually look like or at least have the build for, for instance you would need to be a little girl or a midget to pull off the little sister.
