Runescape Screwed Up!

  • chaosblade77, on 07/04/2008, -0/+0Runescape had a lot of potential back in the day, but it was royally screwed up (not recently either). Customer support is non-existent. They update the game very often, which at first sounds like a good thing, but the updates tend to be buggy and rushed. Outside of the quests, it's a typical (and quite boring) grind game, especially since the major player vs player aspects were removed.

    I don't play anymore but still know people who do, the game has had some massive graphical updates. Haven't seen them them first hand (saw two screenshots but that's it) and it's a huge improvement. Real textures? And a smaller (WoW rip off) interface? Transparency and fog effects? Maybe they'll add some more real content to the game that's not a grindfest and stop with the buggy updates, it might turn into a decent game.
