If they've found a good way to incorporate active, user-modifiable story to a large-scale MMO, it is a huge step forward. Maybe in two years when two more expansions have hit WoW and it's run into the ground a bit more, this'll have a chance.

I personally don't understand the big deal. The site is privately owned, just like any other business, and if people don't like the decisions they make, don't go there. I don't like Wal-Mart, but I don't go to the store and try to tell all there customers how stupid they are. I just don't shop there.
