Paul @ http://www.photographyvoter.com - Scik, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Great guide... would be better if it wasn't an advertisement for Canon. Nothing wrong with Canon, but there are other options on this planet.
- cameraporn, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0Thanks all for the great feedback! We have part 3 coming soon, where I'll get into a mid range kit.
@Scik
I see where you are coming from feelin that way, but as i stated in the post, I am a canon guy, and it is where I have the most knowledge and ability to recommend good products. You are correct, canon is not the only option for sure, but it is where i have most of my experience. I do have some pretty cool Nikon demos on the horizon which i will review extensively on the site. If you have any thoughts feedback on options, please share them in the comments of the post or contact me via cameraporn.net.I'm always happy to share feedback and different opinions with our readers.
Thanks again! - skidme, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I just got into DSLR photography, and am loving it. The difference is night and day between shooting with a point and shoot and my Canon Digital Rebel XT. Thank you for the guide, and keep it up.
