- kb9vgr, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9one day mama bear and papa bear decided to get a divorce
the judge called in baby bear to say who he wanted to live with so he asked baby bear
"do you want to go live with papa bear"
to witch baby bear replied
"no papa beats me"
so the judge says" so then you want to go live with mama"
baby replied "no mama beats me too"
so the judge asks "so then where do you want to live"
to which baby bear replies...
"I want to go live with the Chicago bears they never Beat anyone!" - StellarlyAstral, on 10/12/2007, -3/+10So that'll never happen right?
- mlw4428, on 10/12/2007, -6/+13Team spirt doesn't make up for a ***** QB.

So they got to the SuperBowl by losing? Wow. Here I am thinking making it to the SuperBowl is actually something to be proud of. I didn't realize that losing the SuperBowl makes your entire season worthless. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+7Sad that your life is so invested in hatred for an athletic organization.
- bigdsinferno, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5...but what if the hurricane's name was ditka?
- manfrin, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6You're an idiot if you don't know where 'da bears' comes from. It's not about being lazy, it's part of the bears.
- daybreaker, on 10/12/2007, -3/+6Sweet, but where are all the pics of Bears fans seeking out and physically harassing Colts fans, and being general thugs worse than British soccer hooligans? No album would be complete without that.
- quacker912, on 10/12/2007, -4/+7HAHAHAHAHAHA. COLTS!
- Rmillerick, on 10/12/2007, -3/+6Hey, at least it wasn't a blow-out like in years past. The Bears put up a good fight. Go Chicago!
- swany1012, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Perfect timing!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Here is a comparison between the Bears and the Packers
http://digg.com/football/The_Green_Bay_Packers_and_The_Chicago_Bears_An_Analytical_Comparison#c5093863 - tagnarth, on 10/12/2007, -8/+10I'm a packers fan all the way but I'm rooting for the Bears on this one.
- addictedidol, on 10/12/2007, -3/+5LAL, too bad Colts had to come and win the Superbawl.
- wilf_brim, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Grossman is a young QB and not up to the challenge. There have been young QBs who have done well in the Superbowl (Brady, Roethlisberger (was his second season, though)) but they are few and far between.
- Captbob007, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Nice shots! Only in Chicago. Why? Cause Indianapolis cant even come close to that. They have no skyline, AND they're a 2nd or 3rd rate city. I'd much rather wake up in Chicago every day than have won the superbowl and have to live in Indianapolis - the city known for the Indy 500 and what else???
- ohgilla, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Also... the City of Chicago is a very beautiful city. I'm glad to see it come together as we supported the Chicago Bears.
- ryanhennessy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Thanks. I agree - Chicago is a great place to live. I froze my arse off taking those pics but it was totally worth it. The last 2 weeks have been a great time to live in Chicago.
- ohgilla, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The Chicago Bears will make it to the Super Bowl again and will win it. They're a young team and they're gonna develop Rex Grossman, because he can be accurate, he can be consistent, and he can be a great quarterback for the Chicago Bears. The Chicago Bears made it this far with Rex Grossman, so this loss is part of the progress. It's evident with the Colts, because Payton Manning FINALLY got what he wanted. And Payton Manning is awesome! Rex Grossman is young quarterback with great potential. GO BEARS!

I was responding to capiCrimm's post. Your comment added nothing of value but to show that you know how demean other people. Thank you for your kind words - SharinganBob, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1An in Indianapolis and a wheat field was made into the shape of a horse shoe...
- mehron, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Really? Cause I saw him more as pissed and not sad.
+1 Snutz. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2True dat.
- diamondg14, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I am a diehard Packers fan from small town Wisconsin and stayed in Chicago a week before the super bowl. The city was absolutely GORGEOUS, the orange and blue around the "Merchandise Mart" (2nd & 3rd last pics in his set) was amazingly stark and bright against the night sky. Also it was nice to see all the people of the city wearing their teams gear. They are the enemy but I can appreciate the obvious support the city gave the team.
Also the Colts fans are pathetic! They could not even fill their INDOOR stadium for their Super Bowl celebration, when the pack won the super bowl in '97 they filled the stadium easily and had people lining the parade route for miles! I am sure Chicago would have done the same. - dayo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1so much for global warming
- omaryak, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1I'm not necessarily a Bears fan (or Colts, either), but those are some pretty photos.
- chicagodj, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1It was a hell of a game. Just some major mistakes were made on both sides unfortunately more were made by the Bears.
But for some corrections...
1. Da is considered correct speech by anyone in the midwest when referring to Da Bears, Da Coach, or Da Superbowl (which happens to only mean 1 game played back in 1986 where a certain coach of a certain tem from a certain city kicked ass).
2. The helmets on the lions outside of the Art Institute were NOT made the incorrect size. The manufacturer didn't account for the temperature affecting the flexibility of the helmets and they had to be brought back to the warehouse where they were first warmed and then stretched open like they would have been on site. Then they were brought back to the lions to be put on. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2So you're saying you never get laid?
- rendereduseless, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2@willynilly
alright whitey - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1The bears fans treated the saints fans like scum at the game. But when the saints arrived back in New Orleans there were thousands of fans waiting for them at the airport. I wonder who has the better fans. Thanks Colts for killing them.
- Seidoger, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2They can turn off the lights now
- PetiteNova, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I agree that Chicago fans are ridiculous and truthfully they are the only reason I didn't root for the Bears this Super Bowl season. I'm from Chicago and I love that we have pesudo spirt when our teams are playing well, but we have the most ridiculous fan base in the world.
This is the problem. Alcohol. There are so many sports bars in the city that people tend to get out of control. Take the major difference between Cubs fans and Sox fans. There are tons of hardcore cubs fans, and there are even more hardcore Sox fans. But not many of those hardcore Cubs fans actually see games, the people who see games are people who are bigger fans of the Cubbie Bear [sports bar kiddy corner to Wrigley] then they are of the actual sport.
We have the means, and the pictures are beautiful. But when I heard the statements coming from some of the random fans after the Saints game I was embarassed. - Pix869, on 10/12/2007, -2/+2@VRFour
They lost. :) - Seidoger, on 10/12/2007, -3/+3Go Habs go!
:D - jambandguy, on 10/12/2007, -4/+4chicago has such a sweet fan base and the city was awesome what did the colts do... do i hear a nothing!
- Ellveva, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0http://www.scigg.com/article/show/82473/buy_Effexo ...
- BassMastr, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Bears would have had a better chance with Tommy Harris. They got their ass kicked on the line.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1Hmm... Just like the Cubs. They make it to the big game.... only to lose.
Shades of the Broncos it seems. - Thezeppelin62, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2GO BEARSS
- tagnarth, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2I was raised in central Wisconsin (Rusk County) and have family that own shares of the team. I've been a pack fan as long as I can remember and have a whole family of die hard fans. But we're also fans of football and know the Pack didn't make it in the playoffs.
Plus we kicked the Bears asses on New Years Eve.. if they would have won we had beaten the Super Bowl champs. I also like the NFC Central (North.. bleh). It's always been one of the toughest divisions in the NFC. If the Pack can't get anything out of the game I'll root for someone from our division except the Vikings. I now am subjected to living in the Twin Cities Mn... I hate it. They are such a team of thugs and hooligans. - afreakinninja, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1"Da" is ***** retarded.
- jsreid, on 10/12/2007, -28/+27Go Bears!
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1too bad they lost ...
- lofiboy, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1What? Cubs haven't made it to a big game in 50+ years.
- JoeDonH, on 10/12/2007, -5/+3Nice... too bad all that effort was for naught. As a lifelong Packer fan, I really enjoyed typing that previous sentence.
- rendereduseless, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1@tagnarth i was raised in western PA and we dont give a ***** were the hell u came from or wat your parents do so shut the hell up
