    The best thing about Sushi is the unique flavors it creates with its mixture of ingredients.

    Was the place you went typically a "roll" sushi place? You know, where they have all those trendy rolls as opposed to fresh fish? They can hide their aging fish inside a roll, where the other flavors will mask it.
