Obviously. - Razyael, on 02/10/2009, -2/+75PETA rickroll.
- mvpimpao, on 02/10/2009, -0/+69Your skill in Skinning has increased to 450.
- telfy, on 02/09/2009, -2/+55Brings back childhood memories when I trapped rabbits and sold the skins for pocket money.
- Tyrghast, on 02/10/2009, -0/+52Hey with the way the economy is going, you never know...
- serif69, on 02/10/2009, -0/+51I love how when he skins it, it's as if he's just taking its pants off. I'm disappointed, however, that he didn't wear it as a hat for the rest of the video. Because that's what I would have done.
- shutaro, on 02/09/2009, -6/+53OM NOM NOM NOM!
- Sunzi, on 02/10/2009, -6/+53Meat is murder.
Tasty, tasy murder. - lostarchitect, on 02/10/2009, -3/+48what are you, 200 years old?
- waterboy1628, on 02/10/2009, -1/+38Tricksy Hobbitses
- Coffeedemon, on 02/10/2009, -2/+34I used to watch this almost every Sunday when my dad would bring home rabbits that he snared in the woods. Its a lot like pulling off a sock if I recall correctly. I lost my taste for rabbits after seeing it too much though (that and having rabbit every damn week).
For anyone who is offended by the idea of skinning and eating a cute and fluffy bunny there is worse news... they scream like babies when they're just caught and not killed by the snare or if a hawk/fox hasn't finished them off before the axe handle can.
Have a nice day. - waxcrash, on 02/10/2009, -2/+32I don't understand why the Brits and Australians boil meat? You ruin the meat that way. Grilling is the way to go.
- fatlucy101, on 02/10/2009, -0/+24Dwight Shrute already taught me how to do this.
- astorygirl, on 02/10/2009, -0/+23Just the information I was looking for.
- Sunzi, on 02/10/2009, -0/+23Never eat road kill.
It destroys to many internal organs and messes with the chemical balance in the blood making the meat taste like bleeeeergh.
(btw that was pretty funny) - terribly1, on 02/10/2009, -1/+19Don't tasy me, bro!
- maliath, on 02/10/2009, -3/+21Up next: how to treat a systemic francisella tularensis infection!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Francisella_tularensi ... - TomT127, on 02/10/2009, -5/+23Also works on cats.
- lostarchitect, on 02/10/2009, -1/+19congratulations, mr. internet badass!
- davymac, on 02/10/2009, -4/+20My coworker ran over one of the rabbits that hangs out in the parking lot. I got a paper and a marker and wrote "here lies peter rabbit" next to his body to be funny... nobody laughed.. i should have ate the *****, saving this for next time!
- uknowwhoibe, on 02/10/2009, -0/+12ACHIEVEMENT! You have earned 450 in Skinning and Cooking.
- IpwnZnoobs, on 02/10/2009, -1/+13he did a hell of a job!
- lostarchitect, on 02/10/2009, -0/+111. the rabbit is not alive while it is being skinned.
2. nobody's should be boiling anything. the british are weird. - Coffeedemon, on 02/10/2009, -0/+11Poe-tay-toes
- VeritasAequitas, on 02/10/2009, -1/+11For everyone joking that this is a survival technique be aware, there is something called "rabbit starvation" Basically if you ate nothing but rabbits to survive. You would get sick and possibly die. They don't have any fat on them really which is a problem when you are trying to survive.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rabbit_starvation
Good to know if you camp or hunt or whatever and are interested in survival techniques. - eKalb33, on 02/10/2009, -0/+10Po-ta-toes. Boil 'em, mash 'em, stick 'em in a stew...
- rogersj3, on 02/10/2009, -0/+10What's taters, glasnostic? What's taters, eh?
- RogerSausages, on 02/10/2009, -0/+10Yeah, cause the animals from the store aren't innocent.
/s - glasnostic, on 02/10/2009, -0/+9what we need's a few good taters
- blacknyc, on 02/10/2009, -1/+10Poo pellets
- scubachef11, on 02/10/2009, -1/+10TOOOOOOOBBBBYYYYYYYYYYYY
- abadbronc, on 02/10/2009, -0/+8A little salt and pepper, wrap in tin foil, bury in campfire coals for and hour. Better than any roasted chicken I ever had.
- Tyrghast, on 02/10/2009, -1/+9I lost it at "make sure it goes to the loo"...
- LeepII, on 02/10/2009, -0/+8Valuable information in the times to come.
- zad1, on 02/10/2009, -0/+8The grocery meats are plucked from animal trees.
- Coffeedemon, on 02/10/2009, -0/+8There is more than one way to skin a cat though.
- metrodigg, on 02/10/2009, -0/+8Everybody knows that the animals at supermarkets are sinful creatures who've spent their lives in slothful abandon and deserve the righteous end they've received. My problem is, if you eat a gay cow does that make you gay?
- haikuFU, on 02/10/2009, -0/+7Rabbit meat is very delicate. You will end up with tough meat if you grill it. It needs to be boiled or braised to really turn out well. The local tree-hugger hippie co-op near me sells rabbit, and my wife and I eat a ton of it. Tasty stuff.
- Coffeedemon, on 02/10/2009, -0/+7Jailed for preparing food? Grow up. Its not like he's out stealing the neighbour's cats.
- partysan, on 02/10/2009, -0/+6I can guarantee you that rabbit was better than anything you had out of the microwave.
- gametavern, on 02/10/2009, -1/+7All you really need is a few good taters.
- lostarchitect, on 02/10/2009, -0/+6there's only one way to eat a brace of coneys.
- benderillo, on 02/10/2009, -0/+6I had bbq rabbit sandwiches over the weekend. delicious.
- stonebear, on 02/10/2009, -0/+6I hope you are a vegan then.
- hnilsen, on 02/10/2009, -0/+6Wow, thanks Digg. This is actually the best skinning/preping vid I've seen yet. Skinning rabbits sure is easier than skinning an elk/deer.
- moose26, on 02/10/2009, -0/+6ROTFLMAO
I hope you at least get an Arctic Fur off that sucker and not some gray loot. - protodon, on 02/10/2009, -0/+5than grilling?
- abadbronc, on 02/10/2009, -0/+5Really?
Wow. - stuffblock, on 02/10/2009, -0/+5Smoked meat is good too.
