    Hibiscus is one of my favs (great iced). Boiling, though, is actually really bad for them. Ideal is simply very warm water for a slightly longer period of time (a la sun tea, but warmer) -- compare diffuser rather than smoking (read: burning) cannabis.

    You could grow your own green tea plant and have the leaves fresh. Whole leaves are the best. The less processing, the better.
