- ElRaval, on 07/03/2008, -0/+2I always hear the Filet O'Fish had the highest fat content. And McDonalds is still using trans fats.
- mofw, on 07/03/2008, -0/+1If you want to have some fun stop and ask the person behind the McDonald's counter what type of fish is in that Filet-O-Fish sandwich.
- brendawalsh, on 07/03/2008, -2/+11If you're going to have fast food, you might as well go for broke. Double bacon cheeseburger.
- amandaw33, on 07/03/2008, -1/+5I'm into nuggets y'all
I'm into nuggets y'all - Bajayjay, on 07/03/2008, -0/+13I'm driving to southern cali this weekend. I'll probably hit all of these places. Double double with cheese from In-N-Out is the best!!
Here's the record one 100X

- TBorachio, on 07/03/2008, -0/+1I've never seen anyone eat more than a 4x4
- bleutranquille, on 07/03/2008, -0/+6I think a good rule of thumb is to order any type of grilled chicken product, whether it be a sandwich or salad, and get the sauce on the side or substitute lower fat options such as BBQ or mustard instead of mayo. This works at virtually every fast food restaurant.
- kterrance, on 07/03/2008, -0/+2Chicken is super high in sodium at these places.

- endoccupation, on 07/03/2008, -0/+1I love how In-N-Out has a hidden language. "Protein Style" and "Animal Style." I only wish the chain was national.
- lardoandkeg, on 07/03/2008, -0/+3As I get older I find myself starting to care about the food I put into my body more and more. Too bad we can't keep the metabolism we all had in our teens forever.
- badtiki, on 07/05/2008, -0/+1My wife and I gave up fast food joints over 5 years ago, a better bet but not so fast is to place orders ahead of time at restaurants for takeout - just make sure you know where you are going to be in about a half hour then call ahead - its a little bit more than the fast food joints but the quality of food it ALOT better and healthier - whats better, a lard filled burger and fries or a nice fresh turkey sandwich?
