- SqueakyWheel, on 10/12/2007, -7/+3Global WARMING IS NOT MAN MADE the current climate pattern started before the major output of these gases in 1940. So Al Gore can continue flying on his private jet.
Go Bears!- sideshowRAHEEM, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Why do people get so insistent that there is no global warming caused by humans, your right the planet we live on goes through many climate changes that started even before humans where around, but you can not deny that humans have at least accelerated these changes by the toxins we pump into our atmosphere, and even if humans have no effect on global warning that doesn't mean its not a problem we have to deal with.
go Colts - NaziHatinChimp, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Dude. Duuuuuuudddeee. The industrial revolution started way before 1940's. We've been putting ***** in the air for way longer than the 40's.
Another point:
Buying certificates and planting trees do not stop the emissions that are going into the atmosphere. You can't take that pollution back.

You're right... it's not man made. But man contributes to it. There is a problem, be it primarily from man or nature. Nature doesn't seem to be fixing itself, so I guess it's up to man.
Go Bears! - BenFaist, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1and on that note.....Go Colts!!!
